The UPS Store

I use this store specifically for shipping & returns, and I stop by at least once a week. Service is always friendly, with designated lines for returns to Amazon & other vendors that keeps things moving quickly & efficiently. Two designated parking spaces in front of the business as well, so making a fast drop off is usually never a problem. There's another shipping store just across the street that handles all carriers, but I choose this UPS store because it feels more friendly, and it's definitely better-organized and more efficient.

Always quick customer service. Help/Assistances are polite and gracious towards the time frame of expectations and completion. Convenience is key for our small business and we will continue to support UPS Store

I've kept a postal box at this store to use as a mailing address for three years now and what I appreciate about this location is that they make a real effort to not keep me waiting when I come in for mail pickup if there's a package for me. Even when there are customers at the other registers someone will almost always break off to go get the package for me. It only takes a second, so it doesn't inconvenience people there to ship packages, but it also keeps me from having to wait around for much longer transactions to finish up when all I'm there for is to grab my mail and packages--30 seconds in and out. They've been really good about providing concierge-type service like that, and that includes helping me out to my car when the deliveries are heavy or bulky.

One of the best part of my business day is the friendly reception I get from the team at the McKinney (Adriatic Village) store. In the 8 yrs of my partnership with the store I am always greeted by first name when I walk in. I have come to know several of the team members over the 8 yrs Larry has been at the store almost as long as my company has been using UPS. Larry takes great care of me and my business needs. Zac as well is become a store long-timer as I think he has been there a couple years at least now. It does not matter who serves you at this store as everyone is so well trained to provide a fast and easy experience.

This UPS store was super helpful with printing a cookbook I made as a Christmas gift. They were very knowledgeable of their products, and they were more than willing to talk through which would be the best for my needs. I will definitely use them again!

I called the day before I came to the store and the gentleman working there patiently waited while I measured the item I wanted to ship and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was very helpful! When I went to the store the next day, he knew who I was right away and I was done shipping my item in less the 10 minutes. Great and convenient service.

We enjoy using the UPS Store services at this location. We maintain a mailbox there for our business which enables us to receive secure shipments from our vendors. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I rarely review a product or service I receive, but I am making an exception regarding the exceptional and professional service I received at the UPS store on Virginia at Stonebridge. I was in a time crunch to get some realtor brochures printed for a new home I have for sale. Alan immediately took charge of my project, made several suggestions for improvement, and within a few hours had the layout and printing completed. Alan - thank you for the first class service and professionalism in assisting me with my project - you saved the day.

Nervously I approached my new (we've just moved) local store after reading the cwap reviews. The two gentlemen working in the store were professional, courteous and thoughtful (I have two children and it was 105F outside!)
Be brave, the UPS devil doesn't live in this store. They are lovely. Honestly.

Always expertise,kind consideration, and a top quality professionalism as well as an across the board healthy attitude. Big quality. I love how they text us every day after the mail posts..and how they always text us directly if we get a package.

This is a great UPS store. The staff is always friendly and eager to satisfy the needs of their customers. I feel like I am the only customer in the store and they truly care by showing excellent and consistent customer service.

The owner/manager was training two new employees while I was there. I was very impressed by how she used encouragement and calmness so that they can learn the tools they need to be successful in the job. Good for her!

I've had a mailbox here for several years now (pretty much since it opened and my old mailbox place across the street shutdown). Most of the staff is very friendly (anyone who has been there for more than 6 months; Larry, Zack, Ms Patty when she is filling in). I have not had any unprofessional encounters with staff as noted in the other reviews during all these years.

My worst experience to date has been misboxed mail. Normally have only seen this in early summer when the new kids come in for a summer job and are not paying attention or do not care about the job they are doing. After a few incidents in a short time frame, will mention it to the long term staff, they track down who has been sorting the mail incorrectly and fix it. Don't think I've ever had to complain it about twice in a season and do not recall having any issues this past summer.

Gets hectic at the holidays, but every shipping place does. They handle pretty well. About the only challenge at this site is fighting for parking with the SBUX next door, which is a blessing and a curse. Can conveniently get a nice tasty beverage while on a mail run, but if only a mail run then less convenient when you are carrying packages and cannot get a spot close to the door.

As a mailbox holder, I am in there at least twice a week, probably 125 times a year and I can vouch that it is a good place to do business with. And I have seen bad ones, having used MBE/UPS stores for the past 20 years. My prior one in CA was a nightmare that corporate eventually took back from the franchisee. Night and day difference with here.

I recently went to the local UPS. I needed to send an empty oxygen tank and they helped me. From the beginning they told me that they had to call their supervisor to see if they could really send it. We had to wait a little bit but at the end we made it. They helped me very kind and patient. Thanks guys

We have been using thIS UPS location for about 4 years,, The customer service is on point, all of the employees are very friendly and courtesy.

The UPS store on Virginia is my go to place for shipping, mailing, and copying large print jobs. I also love their specials on shredding. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Always friendly, helpful, and accurate. There is reserved parking for the UPS store, and the location is easily accessed from
Virginia Parkway.

Phone number is in their system, folks are friendly and knowledgeable and it doesn't hurt to be right next door to my favorite Starbucks

I have used this UPS store for a variety of projects from copying to printing assembling and assembling major packages. They have always been helpful and had my jobs ready ahead of schedule with a great attitude!
