I don't know where the negative reviews came from but this place saved my nokio life who is a 2lb maltese who i found out had a liver shunt all of a sudden he was not able to pee he was moaning in pain. The vet helped eliminate the issue without it being a money grab and because of that i will continue to take take all my dogs there.

She is a true veterinary who is focused on the care of pets not your money, if your baby is sick, don't hesitate because I almost turned away because of the negative reviews I seen and i genuinely believe nokio would have died my poor baby

Amazing experience with our dog, who unfortunately suffered from full paralysis in his rear legs about 2 weeks ago. Dr. Grand is absolutely fantastic and so is her team of vet techs. Since the incident I met with two different vets and she is unquestionably the one we will go with. Competent, personable, extremely caring and highly skilled. We couldn't be in better hands. Thank you for taking such great care of our little guy Nacho and now also our new puppy Sake. We know we could not have picked a better vet! 🐾 💕

They were so caring and supportive. Today was our first visit, and I think we found our vet "home" because their really made us feel genuinely cared for during our visit with our pup. Thank you!

I began seeing Dr. Grand with my adult boxer Bailey. Bailey was beginning to show signs of degenerative myolopothy. I didn't know what was happening and Dr. Grand educated me. We then had eye issues that we were not aware was common in short snout dogs, but again Dr. Grand educated us and we moved right along with necessary procedures.
That brings us to the hardest time/decision we had to make, putting our precious girl to rest. Dr. Grand and her staff were so kind and compassionate. They gave us comfort in our decision. They treated our Bailey with love and respect at the end of her life.
They sent us a beautiful sympathy card that we will place in a special place in Baileys memory box.

I now have a little boy that will also soon become a patient of Dr. Grand.

Thank you Dr. Grand and Staff. I am looking forward to you becoming part of our family again. :)

Dr. Teleah Grand and the staff at Animal Care Center are wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Grand. She literally saved my dog's life with the use of traditional Chinese herbal treatment. He was basically considered a hopeless case when I found her. Dr. Grand was our last hope, and she has been relentless in working through his issues. The other good news is that he doesn't mind going to the clinic. He loves her and her staff. I highly recommend her for difficult conditions as well as for regular veterinary care.

We've tried a few vets in the area, and this is my favorite. They listen to the pet owners, and take great care of the pets. Boarding at excellent prices, with a fun yard for the dogs.

I brought in my dog who had been suffering from multiple parasites for weeks, other vets hadn't properly treated him and he'd lost a lot of weight. They got him healthy for me, and have taken great care of him.

What an amazing gift the Universe has given me in meeting Dr. Grand today! I'm so excited to learn from her - I was soaking in everything she said (Taking notes! Who does that in a veterinary office??) and could have spent the whole day listening and learning. Everything she said resonated so deeply with me. I'm SO very happy to finally find a veterinarian that "gets" me and the care I wish to give my dachshund. She has an incredible knowledge base of alternative medicine - her insight was fascinating. Her energy radiates that of the deepest care, and she has terrific intuition. If you are at all interested in learning different approaches to healing your pet, or having your pet's wellness be as balanced as possible to prevent disease and illness, I highly recommend Dr. Grand!

Dr. Grand is the most compassionate and honest veterinarian that we’ve encountered. She always takes the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. She listens and clearly has our dogs best interest in mind and at heart - she is not pushy. She is passionate about wholistic medicine, integrative treatments, and diet. She takes the time to educate pet owners about the benefits of home cooking and is extremely knowledgeable in traditional Chinese medicine and practices. We highly recommend Dr. Grand - she and her team make visits to the doctor a positive experience.

If not for this clinic I would have lost my beloved tuxedo cat. Their eastern medicine care, diet assistance, and acupuncture has been instrumental in the comfort of my precious and disabled friend who is struggling with his neuropathy. He's back to his old self and I have everyone at Stonebridge animal care center to thank for that. Their continued care will help me to have more loving years with my wonderful kitty, I'm so grateful for their services and ability to see and treat him on such short notice.

We LOVE Animal Care Center. We have tried a few vets in the area and they are by far the most innovative, caring, and concerned with the holistic well-being of our dogs than any others we have seen. The prices are comparative, perhaps a but higher, but you truly pay for what you get, as we have seen. We’d rather pay a little bit more for a much, much higher standard of care. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Dr. Grand, Brandy and the entire staff are so kind and caring. They not only provide excellent veterinary medicine but truly love the animals they care for. Thank you all for loving our pets and giving them and us your best!

I brought my dog Jax in today for a visit. I decided to switch vets after the vet he was going to wanted to do everything under the sun to him. This place had great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Dr Grand is very knowledgeable and offered supplements instead of pumping my dog with meds. I liked her holistic approaches. The staff is also very very friendly. We will be back.

I have a dog with a terminal condition that I am trying to keep as comfortable as possible for as long as she has left. My veterinarian sister suggested I go see Dr. Grand to try some eastern medicine along with the western medicine my sister is able to provide. I have been going every couple of weeks for a while now and my dog feels better after a visit with Dr. Grand. Dr. Grand cares and is doing the best that can be done in this situation. She has always been attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Grand’s prices seem standard. She is a professional with a lot of training, both in eastern and western medicine. I do not feel rushed at Dr. Grand’s office which is exactly what I need in this situation. They are always very upfront with their prices. I highly recommend Dr. Grand.

Dr. Grand is wonderful! Found this vet clinic by accident due to an emergency, and I am glad I found her! She found a solution to the issue and have brought my other dog back for other health concerns. You can tell she is very passionate about helping the animals that come though the office doors. I took my dog to ACC yesterday for the first time. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Grand. Dr. Grand was so very thorough and she listened to what I had to say/ask. If anyone asks me for a vet referral, it will definitely be Dr. Grand at ACC.

We have been to Dr. Grand with all our dogs for more than 10 years; young & old, treatable and not. This office and staff have always provided the best care for the situation. Dr. Grand provides both Western (traditional) and Eastern medicine solutions. We had an English Bulldog (rescue) that very late in her years; tore her ACL. She was too old to survive surgery. Dr. Grand offered an acupuncture regimen-I was very skeptical. Most amazing thing I have ever seen; our Bully experienced a great reduction in pain & lived actively for years. If you are looking for a Vet that will put your animal first; Animal Care Center at Stonebridge Ranch is the place.

Dr Bergen and her staff have always given us the highest standard of care for our dog. Lady loves to come visit for boarding and doesn't mind the shots either. Thank you for always taking such good care of our little Lady!

I have 2 male yorkies with various issues. One is always frantic and frenzied and the other is a nervous nelly and spends most of his time under the couch. I took my pups to Dr. Grand because they are only 3 years old and I could not imagine life for these guys in their current states. I refuse to place them on medications that zombie them out and feel those are only addressing the systems and not the true issues. She immediately changed our food, recommended supplements, performed acupuncture, and educated me on the various issues I am seeing and the root of the problems.

In one week, my nervous nelly was out from under the couch, feisty and playful, and I couldn't get him to stop licking my face! My other frenzied boy calmed down and stopped yelling at me. I can now address the actual behavioral issues now that we have addressed his physical issues.
It will be a process for the second pup as he is a little more difficult case but I am encouraged by our progress.

I am also greatly appreciative to Dr. Grand for her patience and willingness to share knowledge and educate. It is obvious that she and her staff care deeply for their patients and their care takers.

Our dogs love Dr. Grand and her entire staff. Everyone is very accommodating and they really care about our pets. Kiki loves Lola BEST!
