This dry cleaners is by far the best I've ever been to, and I've had my share of experiences. I am super particular about my clothes because I have pure silk blouses, nice work clothes/suits, and embellished blouses. I've been to so many places where they have completely ruined my clothes and then blame me for the damage! I've finally found a dry cleaners that really puts customer service first. They inspect each item before you hand it in to make note of any stains, and try their hardest to take it out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dry cleaners with good prices.

I have been going to this dry cleaner now for seven years and never had any issues. They are the best and Joey is always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

This place was my favorite dry cleaners. They have closed this location. They are no longer here. I’m so sad. I miss our conversations, Joe!

They can't seem to press a shirt correctly after 3 attempts. Manager doesn't seem to care.

I NEVER leave negative reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. I went to pick up my clothes and was appalled at what it cost me. It was an average of $6 per piece! I was looking for a cleaners closer to my house but will never be back. I would recommend you find a cleaners that doesn’t cost $6+ per piece of clothing.

All I can do now, is warn the others.... :(
This is the WORST dry cleaner. Dry cleaners are a dime a dozen, so do not use them.
Le Grand Cleaners literally shred my cashmere sweater. They claimed it was damaged before I sent it and at pick up didn’t bother to let me know. Why in the world would I waste money to dry clean a cashmere sweater with over 50- yes- FIFTY or more holes. It makes no sense. No one would do that. They just tried to cover up their mistake. My husband said it looked like it got caught in a grinder. That same batch of dry cleaning, they also put holes in a pashmina scarf! They didn’t bother to tell me and I didn’t notice until months later, when I went to wear them.
Another time they lost the back of a formal dress.
This last time- and it is the last time. I paid $135 and they ripped the gold buttons off my winter coat- didn’t bother to tell me or apologized and still charged me!!!!
Avoid this place if you can, there a dozens of other places close by. If you must, inspect everything immediately.
This place is poor quality and extremely dishonest. Take your business elsewhere if you value your dry cleaning.

If you don't mind paying too much, you can ignore this message.... I moved here and am new to this area so I went to this cleaner counting on its previous 5-star rating on the Google map. The price just way too high. A jacket and a pant cost me almost $11. Later I went to a nearby cleaner where it only charges me less than $6 with the same quality of service. Obviously I have been rip off. Let customer be aware-- check the nearby cleaners first to get the market price before you come to this cleaner.

Poor Service and Quality
