Awesome experience from front Desk to the Nurses to Dr McMurty! If you looking for a new Dr look no further!

My wife and I both use and like Dr. McMurtry. We've moved to McKinney recently and he was recommended to us by friends. He has a very warm manner and shows sincere interest in our health. We feel like we have his full attention and has given us good direction in our care. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a medical doctor.

We've now been with Dr. McMurtry for several years. I'm always impressed with the time we spend with him. I never feel rushed, he takes the time to give very complete information and recommendations. I feel like we go to see a friend when we have our appointments.

You're always going to get great care at Dr. McMurtry's office. The ladies up front are super nice and very helpful. Dr. McMurtry attentively listens to all your questions/concerns, and gives you a detailed explanation of your options in layman's terms. He's very knowledgeable. He is the only doctor practicing there, so your wait may be longer than you expect. But I've never felt like the staff was trying to rush me. And the level of care I've gotten there makes the extra wait feel irrelevant. There are a lot of doctors in the area. Dr. McMurtry is always going to be my first choice.

Dr. McMurty has a wonderful bedside manner.
He spent quality time with us. He explained in terms we could understand. He answered our questions and did not rush us. We received excellent medical care.
The office staff was very patient, understanding and kind.

Dr. McMurtry took the time to not only listen to my concerns with the hip pain I was experiencing but discussed tests I would need to determine its cause. He also discussed treatment plans based on results of both XRays and possible MRI. I’m very happy I have Dr. McMurtry as my Primary Care Physician.

DR. McMurtry at one times was the Ortho Preferred Dr for Independence High School and my daughter had to be seen and loved the experience and Dr. patient relationship she has. I switched our family to the practice as we can see him if we are sick or for Ortho purposes.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dr. McMurtry was very kind and patient with me. I love that he is very very knowledgeable and was willing to share his knowledge with me to educate on how to better care for myself.

Dr. McMurtry is awesome he seems to care about his patients very much and looks for the best solution also i had told him on some perscribtion i probably wouldnt be able to afford and he said to go the pharmacy and if it was to much he would order something else that was more affordable and he did and he was quick. Ive gone to others before and they take a while to get back and he was on top of it. I defenitly liked this doctor and wait at clinic wasnt long either and very nice and clean, the front office was nice and attentive i will be coming here defenitly.

First visit to Dr. McMurtry. Office staff was helpful throughout visit. Dr. McMurtry and his medical team were very attentive and detailed about treatment objectives/plans and monitoring.

Dr. McMurtry always has time to talk to me, provide options and helpful solutions. I've never had to wait endlessly in the waiting room, I feel he respects my time as much as I respect his.

Was looking for a new primary care physician and off of a recommendation went to Dr. McMurtry. Outstanding demeanor and very happy with my first interaction with him!

I'm overall satisfied with this doctors office. The only thing i would change, if you perform a online check in with multiple layers of questions, then you shouldnt have to arrive and fill out additional paperwork before being seen!
