The attendant was friendly and very clear with her questions. She wasn't rude about our first credit card declining. She was patient while I searched for my second card. The car is very clean and was ready for us! Thank you very much. Very positive for a first-time experience!

I travel plenty TL;DR this is the most efficient car rental facility I've experienced.

The shuttle buses from the airport pick up on both the north and south ends of the concourse. They run quite frequently and are clean and comfortable. The staff operating the buses are employed by the port authority, and are friendly and helpful. They'll also help load and unload your bags guilt free. The complex with the rental cars is clean and easy to navigate. Entering and exiting the complex is a breeze. Once again this facility should be the standard that everyone else emulates.

Very organized and easy to reach via a large and comfortableshuttle bus. All companies under the same room in a large architecturally beautiful building. Easy to find and navigate upon return. One of the best and most convenient rental car facilities out there.

Need to take a shuttle from the airport to the Rental Car Facility, just follow the signs. The ride is about 5-10 minutes to get to the rental facility, which is huge! It is very well labeled and easy to navigate. They did a fantastic job with Rental Car Return signs. It was so easy! The easiest I have ever experienced.
Agents were very friendly when trying to decide which vehicle to drive, checking the vehicle out and checking the vehicle back in. Very pleasant experience.

This is a huge facility with almost all of the rental car agencies represented. A short bus ride to/from the airport. I've never had to wait long for a bus. You can also get to it via the elevated train system. Depending on your status with your rental agency of choice, you may be able to skip the line to rent and head right to the agents located below ground where the cars are located. It has good signage to get you where you need to go, and easy freeway access. I remember well how it was at SeaTac before this facility was built. Believe me, this is a HUGE upgrade. Enjoy!

Got into Seattle on a really busy morning. But everything went super smooth. In less than 30 minutes from landing, we picked up luggage, took the shuttle to rental car facility and were on the road. Very efficient.

Definitely one of the best airport car rental experiences I've had. Its extremely easy to return the car at the end of a trip since all of the car rental companies are in one building and its not actually part of the airport, which allows you to avoid the usual confusing signage of airport drop offs. The shuttle is also great, since again it allows you to avoid the traffic and annoyance of people dropping off and picking up people from the airport. Instead all you have to do is follow the rental car signs, get on the shuttle, and the driver does the rest.

I am blanking on our lady's name but she was a beautiful older black lady and absolutely amazing! She was not only sweet but joined in on our jokes and talked about food with us. She gave our welcome to Seattle trip the best possible start and I would be happy to wait in line to have her as my rental car teller again on my next trip! It's people like her that make Budget the company that we want to use!!

National Car Rental is great! Walk up, grab a car and go. Returns are super easy. Just pull up, wait a minute for an attendant, check in and get a receipt right at the car and head upstairs to catch the two minute shuttle to the airport. It's a seamless experience.

The place is great and they are very busy but they were short staffed and it has many other places in the same building the staff was nice and really helpful and has a lot of seats to sit. Although they kiosks weren’t working collection, but very big.

When given the choice... I chose luxury. It was gloriously comfortable! I'm talking about the vehicle I rented, of course. The facility itself is huge and they operate like a well oiled machine. The layout of the structure probably makes sense to someone. There are myriad criss-crossed escalators going to various levels and smattering of different rental companies scattered around the place. It felt confusing to me at first glance. However, I'm quite happy to say that the staff are immensely kind and helpful. Just follow their directions. You will get where you need to be and you'll think "wow that was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be." It turns out it's actually kind of difficult to get lost in there. Great people and it's easy to navigate.

I am traveling to WA to babysit my grand fur babies while my daughter and son-in-law travel to Cabo for a wedding. My husband rented me a premium (Volkswagen passat or similar automatic transmission). Upon viewing the preferred customer board to locate my car, I found my name and number and proceeded to my location. I was expecting to find a Toyota camry or something similar, but to my delighted surprise, a Genisis G70 was waiting. Wahooo man, I was excited. The 4-door car does need a good wash and detailing, but I am still a very happy camper. Thank you again Avis this treatment sure keeps us coming back!
Update on my car rental. Well I get in the car the next day and the tire indicator light is on. Not good when I had plans to go to Arlington to see my second daughter and her fiancé for the day. Merrisa and I drove back to her house and had her husband check and fill all the tires. Upon check all the tire I notice this poor car has really been beaten up. The front spoiler is hanging on by a thread, the wheels are totally curbed, and it's filthy. I thought about taking it to a car wash, but I do not want to spend money on that, it should have been clean! When the sun hits all the windows or on coming headlights it's very difficult to see out through all the streaks. Since this is a premium luxury you'd think Avis would pay better attention to detailing these cars. It's a beautiful car which is in dyer need of some serious TLC.

Super easy to find an it is cheap as well! We took a Ford Edge for our business trip for one week from Hertz. The employee there was very friendly and funny.

Easy to follow signs, staff quickly picked up the vehicle, verified tags and informed us that receipts will be emailed once processed. Friendly staff that was supervising was available to direct us to our shuttle which took us to the airport promptly. Overall, a great experience.

SeaTac Rental Car Facility provided excellent service when we arrived and departed. Our party of 4 walked out of baggage claim and a shuttle bus was waiting with a handicap ramp available upon arrival. After a short ride, we arrived at the facility and a wheelchair was conveniently available and also luggage cart. The rental facility is clean and agencies were clearly marked.

The rental agent explained how and where the elevators were located. In addition, a family bathroom was conveniently located near the elevators.

Upon departure, quick return with friendly staff. Again, a wheelchair and luggage carrier were conveniently located for our use to get to the shuttle. The shuttle driver noticed the need for a wheelchair at the airport and called ahead for wheelchair assistance.

The whole rental car facility experience was our unknown and concern when making our plans to travel. We know going forward that it doesn’t need to be!

Easy to pick up a rental car and go. Service is always good. Nice selection of cars. The staff got me the car I asked for.

Fox rental was great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great price on an awesome Jeep. We had the best time visiting Washington, drivers are courtesy even during rush hours.
