I’ve been going here for years and they’re really helpful and nice. I came in with a problem with my vape and they offered me a solution that worked. And i never felt like they were just trying to sell me something.

I find the staff attentive to my needs and don’t feel like they are just trying to sell me up on items. They answered all my questions and guaranteed their products. I like that in a store and will continue to keep this store as my principal supplier of vape products.

Honestly a terrific place. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. The flavor and performance of their line of juices is truly top shelf at remarkably affordable prices. If you live anywhere in the vicinity of Palatine, you need to swing by this shop and support this new local business. Positive atmosphere. Great people - they'll take the time to explain something to someone if they ask, always trying to do what's best for whomever comes in. Their juices are some of the cleanest I've ever used, but they're also some of the most enjoyable.
Point-being: this is a home-y shop with some good hardware selection, more than enough flavors of juice to make crossword puzzles from their names, and excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing shop. The guy who owns it helped me pick out taught me everything I needed to know about my new vaporizer when I bought it. They also have a fantastic selection of almost 100 juice flavors that you are free to just hop in and try at any time with their "juice bar." They are also very non'judgemental about my age, which I was very worried about getting into the hobby. Hands down the best vape shop in the area.

Been a customer since the first opening in Mt. Prospect. You seriously cannot beat the prices or the quality of juices here! I have tried them all, and keep coming back. Very knowledgeable and personal staff as well. Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent liquids, excellent product advice and excellent customer service. I've never had a problem buying from them, always courteous and informative on their products. Being a first time vaper, I did not have any knowledge of how the mods work. They suggested a great vape machine - didn't make me feel pressured into buying it either. Wish I could find more people like them wherever I go.

Lastly, for those who negatively rate this store due to customer service - perhaps you should treat people like human beings. I've seen some of the rudest customers in there. Don't like it when someone is trying to help you? Go somewhere else.

Kevin and Andy are great at answering questions and providing tons of advice to someone new to vaping. The flavor selection that is offered is incredible and that they are all made in house let's you learn and taste more. Having gone to most of the shops in the area it is easy to see why this is considered by so many as the best by far.

As a long time vaper(almost 7 years) I can say hands down the best vape shop in the area. I have been going here for goin on a year and a half.The staff are very knowledgeable as well as helpful even with things even stuff i didn't expect them to know.
