G Thakkar is absolutely awesome 10 stars for him. He is a super star. He is always so helpful and positive. I wish every Walgreens had employees like this one. Kathy also is a wonderful person and allways makes me laugh. 10 out of 5 stars.

I always enjoy coming to this Walgreens! The manager, Stefan, went above and beyond to assist me with a very quick item two minutes before closing and he was on his way home. Thank you!

I just wanted to say I stopped in today to grab some stuff and I have to commend your associate Cory and his interaction with customers. He was funny, engaging, polite and overall a great find for an associate. I train teams for a different retail establishment and great customer service is hard to find, let alone someone who cares to take care of every customer and makes sure they have what they need. I listened and watch his interaction with older and younger customers and I must say I was impressed! Keep it up Cory and hopefully the company is having you develop new team members.

All I have to say is Wow!! Cory, is a spectacular Walgreens associate. His personality and behavior mean well! He's kind, courteous, sensitive, upbeat, helpful, and humorous; trying to create a fun filled atmosphere for the customers as well as, himself. How inconsiderate of that uptight person who took the time to complain on this website about a kid who has personality to make customers smile and laugh! Get some personality people, and stop being the rude one! Great job Cory!!! Keep it up! I always look forward to the shopping experience you create at Walgreens!! Good day!

Mary of Walgreens in Palatine was super helpful for me today, and found a Walker needed on an emergency basis, and allowed me to purchase same with the help of a another driver. It was truly an emergency, and she was ultra concerned, kind, compassionate, and swift. I highly recommend this store for anything and everything. Very grateful. Sincerely, Dennis Doherty.

Neighborhood store where I often find items I can’t find other place.

Since Valentine's Day is right on this upcoming Tuesday I decided to get some cards. This is the friendliest Walgreens I have ever been to . They greet you know like they know you . Nice store and very clean with good sales ! I love it !

Cashier was kinda slow and not to friendly

I was there tonight, Ur Pharmacist & Techs were wonderful, I was in Pain all day till I seen my Dr. And I love 1hr 45min away, but if you want Great Service you'll Love this Palatine Walgreens, Fast, Prompt.....Thank You Guys, took my Pain Away, see u Next Month 😁
