This is absolutely the BEST store to grab groceries at! I would totally recommend it to anyone. They have AWESOME deals if you're on a budget and always has the best deals!! The employees are amazing and very helpful.

While Jewel consistently has a wide selection of items and solid deals, especially if you pay attention and use the app, what really stands out to me, and makes a shopping experience memorable and pleasant, is the staff. The staff at a store are the face of the store, and the variable that stand out many customers the most. Whether I bought toothpaste, cereal, soup, or produce, it is the people helping me find items, greeting me, helping me check out, making friendly small talk, etc are what I remember most about my shopping trips.

That said, I would like to give a special shout out to a consistently positive and outstanding member of this staff, and someone that the store, and the members of the community that shop here should be thankful to have as part of the Palatine Jewel team, Keith. In the 4 years that I've been coming here, Keith has consistently been a positive staple of my shopping experiences here at Jewel. His positive and calm demeanor always puts myself and other regular customers at ease, and there have been many times that I have seen him keep his cool, act professionally and tactfully in the face of adversity. Whether it be a rude customer, the POS systems going down, getting pulled in many directions from customers, fellow staff, etc., Keith always seems to be one step ahead of the game and is able to prioritize and effectively address any problems or impending tasks at hand. Not only have I seen him work with extreme proficiency, but he always seems able to do so with a smile on his face and a positive attitude that clearly has a contagiously positive effect on those around him, including employees and customers alike. I am always happy going into this Jewel and seeing Keith working because whether I've had a bad day, good day or need help with something, I know that Keith is consistent in that he will be a positive note in my experience. An additional shout-out to Mike, Pat, Heike, Jan, Billy, John, Dan & Andi for always being positive and helpful as well. Thanks to the team at Palatine Jewel for being more than just employees at a grocery store, but for being solid members of our community here in Palatine. Y'all are great!

The staff is genuinely the best and they are all so nice. The cashiers always ask if I found everything I needed, and if I didn’t they try and remedy it.

Granted I've worked at his store for 12 years, so as an employee i gotta say i love this little store. Its a small community in its own way. And we work together as a team. Pretty good chicken from the deli. Good bread and donuts from bakeshop.

I love Jewel. When shopping based on the flyers there are really great offers/specials, especially when using the Jewel app! Literally just got a free full size of organic peanut butter! Along with many more great super offers. The customer service is always great and helpful. Products are well stocked and very organized and clean quality products. Love Jewel! In our family we used to never go in thinking it was extremely expensive but definitely has some of the best sales.

This is by far my favorite place to shop, I worked here many moons ago and loved my job so much. Even now when I walk in I feel at home I like the smaller cozy store and they still have everything I need there. Love love love this place and the people too.

Curbside experience here has been excellent. The guys and gals that bring the groceries out are timely and friendly. Seem like good, reliable people. Food selection is great. Best curbside grocery experience out there.

Jewel is a very good location for food and other things Jewel Osco for their Pharmacy prices are higher than they were a year ago but standard increase because of the virus most of the employees are very friendly I have noticed in the last year that there are less and less employees to help you out so good luck in finding your products

This Jewel Osco is a neighborhood Jewel Osco. The employees are very kind and polite, with many having many, many years at this Palatine Jewel Osco. The pace of this store is very measured and comfortable, with no customers running around banging their shopping carts into each other.

The most incredible pharmacy staff who go above and beyond for the seniors at Solstice senior living community down the road everyday. Denisa and her team including Cindy and cathy go out of their way for the sake of the seniors and were even able to coordinate vaccines for 100 seniors and staff at a time when it was extremely difficult to obtain. I'm very grateful for the pharmacy team.

I don’t shop anywhere else. This Jewel location is by far the best managed grocery store in the area. The store is always stocked full with all my grocery needs. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Shop here and you’ll see what I mean.

Close to home. Have the items our family of three use at fair prices and some can be BOGO value. Hours open are attractive since we are late night people.
