John James - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and John James has been my agent all this time. Their services are beyond amazing. When I call them, they know me by name and pull up my account before I mention a word about my account number. This, to me shows that they care about their customers at whole new level.
I have had claims with my car and my house and they make it so easy to put these claims through. They know the insurance business very well and I have gotten some great advice from them through out the years. Lisa, Michael and Margaret are the customer interface to this great business and they take customer care very seriously.
It is one think to have insurance, it is another when you have insurance and you know that your agent’s office is on your side and will do what he can to make sure your claims are handled correctly and promptly.
At times, I get close to my payment due date and I get courtesy phone call from them in addition to email.

I recently worked with Lisa & Margaret on 2 insurance policies. Both came across as incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently answered my questions on the policies and advised me on options but did not push me in any specific direction, which is much appreciated.

They're also very quick and efficient. My policies came through in minutes, with all covers exactly in line with our discussion.

Had john james for 1996. NEVER had any problems whatsoever. Great people. I moved away, they are still my insurance for auto, home and business. Don't be fooled my company's with so-called lower rates.
