BENKEI Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen

Very nice place. The restaurant itself is bigger than most of the ramen places in a 15 mile radius!
The flavor was really rich. I ordered the Benkei Miso Ramen and was really good! I had plenty of meat. I wish my eggs were softer other wise all great!
Customer service was very good.
Prices are very competitive! Around $12 for a giant bowl of Miso Ramen.

They also have a vegetable Ramen option!

An amazing bowl of Ramen. This is my fourth time here and it gets better every time. This is their miso Cha shu for two dollars extra, you get 5 pieces of pork instead of just one. The pork is the best I have had, it is so good. The noodles are perfect and just the right bite. The wilted cooked cabbage is not to crunchy and i really enjoyed the added texture on the bite. The egg was smooth and flavorful, not a salt bomb, and the soup warmed everything just right. The pork melted in my mouth with such an amazing flavor. I had a delicious lunch, you should do the same.

Got the spicy tonkatsu ramen with garlic oil and it was delicious. I have had ramen in Japan and this has to be one of the tops I have had. The flavor and spice was delicious. The atmosphere was modern and clean. It was an awesome place and I would definitely recommend it for people who want delicious ramen. Then also have curries now which I am sure would be delicious too. Go here you won't be disappointed.

The ramen is very good and different. If you like ramen with harder texture and stronger flavor, you'll like this place. They taste hand made. I recommend the ramen over the rice bowls.

Fantastic Japanese restaurant located in Palatine. Very authentic cusine. Specialty is Ramen with choices of styles and spice levels. Japanese beer available in bottles and draft. Good side menu as well including tako wasabi and mentaiko. Highly recommended if looking for an authentic ramen restaurant.

Very tasty japanese ramen! The Ramen is pork bone broth and soy sauce or miso mixed. It's same eating ramen in japan! And you can spend relaxing time in a large store.

Good ramen and decent prices, location is a little on the hidden side but good food and attentive service. One can never have enough ramen choices!
