Elizabeth at Galls saved me!!! I was in need for ems boots ASAP and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure I walk out of there with a good fitting pair (since I start my job in a few days) . She described the type of boots they had and also offered alternatives if we can't find my size. She was genuinely helpful and provided the best customer service I've been offered in a long time.
The store is clean and well organized. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a choice like other stores I've gone to. Super pleased with the entire experience! I will only shop there for any uniform needs from now on.

Experienced an issue with online order and didn't get much help from the corporate office. However, the Seattle store manager contacted and took care of the issue. Excellent customer service and big thanks to the Seattle store manager for being able to issue. Great people, great deals, especially their online deals !

I needed to exchange a pair of boots ASAP for work and I don't live up in Seattle so it's difficult to make it in unless I'm up north. I happened to be up there one day but I only had 10 minutes before they closed and I was 35 minutes from them further north. I called spoke with Austin who told me they would wait for me to get there! What amazing service and overall willingness to help me out even though he or the store manager didn't have to! All I can say is that they are a cool bunch of people who truly do their best to help their customers! So grateful for such an awesome experience!

New manager is great. I've been going there for years but I've really appreciated the recent changes. Just had alterations done. Turned out very professional. Worth a second look if your previous experience was poor.

Called looking for 5.11 covert vest in a color and size not available at the time at Cabelas. They not only had it but it was 20% cheaper. Their costumer service gal was excellent: friendly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I got the vest I wanted. I will not forget to shop Galls in the future and really appreciated the help I received.

I must say the customer service is top notch! Adell and Bret(?) the manager, have gone above and beyond my expectations, everytime I come it or orders over the phone. I’m been to other LEO retail shops, but this makes you feel welcome! I high recommend to place for all your LEO/First Responders/USPS need. The only thing I have to vent about is only having one location. Wish there was one in the Lynnwood/Kirkland area.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great communication with large stock selection. My uniform pieces were ready within a week and I was updated via text.

Huge selection of tactical clothing and gear. Shop is clean and organized. Displays are easy to understand and staff was knowledgeable. Even found pants for under $40!

Came to store 09-08-2017 store opened at 8 am staff member let me in at 7 to get my uniforms for work when purchasing emblems there is a wait for them due to heavy amount of uniform needing sewing they pushed it ahead instantly prices are great and free sewing is amazing place has definitely earned my business and my respect
