Julie Nadeau - State Farm Insurance Agent

Julie is the best, just switched to her for my car insurance and the process was seamless. Very quick responses for emails and helps assist me with any questions I have. I got the best rate available through Julie/State Farm compared to other companies I got quoted from. If you need any type of insurance coverage I highly recommend reaching out to Julie she is awesome!!

Julie has been my agent for many years. She's very helpful and takes the time to explain things that I don't understand. I feel comfortable and confident after our discussions and I know she always has my best interest in mind. I will continue to trust her for future life events.

I have not met Julie or her team in person but I feel like I know them -- and they know me. When I call (I may get voicemail but they always call back immediately) they know who me and my family are and they remember exactly what our last conversation was about and what our needs are. They go out of their way to be creative and helpful and trying to save us money -- which is especially important when you have young teen drivers! Responsive on assisting with claim issues/questions as well.

No one likes sending a check out to insurance every month, especially if you don't ever need to use it. ***HOWEVER!*** I try to point as many people as I can to Julie because when I finally DID need her, she really went to bat for me when talking with adjuster and managed to get some things covered the adjuster said they wouldn't.

These women know their stuff. The run a lean operation so a call may go to voicemail, but they are quick to respond with answers that are needed. They have great ideas and desire to save people money too. So fun and personable to work with.

And I wish I could do Zero stars. Nothing but trouble with her and her team. Never met Julie and almost never calls back. When she does call back she can’t give answers to what is going on. The office that answers the phone is even worse. Horrible customer service for anything you normally need an insurance agent for. She is rude, condescending and should not work with people. They charges us for three drivers over $1200 a month to insure. No communication as to why it jumped and when we have been calling for a week their answer is, “We just have no clue why, I asked my other colleagues and they don’t know either?” So time for a change and I advise you don’t use her … maybe State Farm but she is most definitely not working for to help you!

This agent is there like a good neighbor to take you're money every month. However when you need her she will never pick up her phone. Every time i call her office (during office hours) it always goes to voicemail. If you do go with state farm use a different agent and call them several times during their office hours to ensure they are a reliable agent. Otherwise you will be stuck trying to terminate you're policy and the only way to do that is to contact the agent...
