Crowne Plaza Suites Msp Airport - Mall of America, an IHG Hotel

Very strange. I loved it. The hotel is easily accessed by shuttle from the airport. It has a Northwest Airline museum, a nice apartment complex on the top floors and a great little restaurant. It is a stones throw from the light rail station that brings you right inside Mall of America or back to the airport if the shuttle isn’t your thing. I had an amazing view of the green space by the river. Trees were just changing colors for fall. It is a bargain for the location and nice amenities. The beds are super cozy and the room is updated and very clean.

Comfortable room, not fancy but very enjoyable!! Location to MSP airport is perfect along with shuttle. Our experience at the AiRECraft Grill was very good. Definitely where we will stay again!!

Went to the game room after closing bar early for Chrustmas Eve. Staff directed us there to finish our drinks and finish watching the Vikings game. So impressed with the activities there.

I had a great experience. Some of my coworkers complained about this hotel, but I loved it. It has a respectable gym and all the accommodations you'd expect from a nice hotel. I enjoyed my meal at the restaurant. Your staff was courteous and prompt as well as knowledgeable of the area. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

After a nightmare of a night and overbooked hotels that the airport didn’t realize were overbooked, this hotel gave me a room.
I want to thank Rio for being kind and courteous. I walked in at 3:45am and Rio got me a good rate and a late checkout.

From the shuttle drivers, to the Front Desk and F&B Service, all departments provide impeccable service. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our evening cocktails while chatting with the bartenders in the AiRECraft Grill (the food is good too). I also looked forward to my Caribou Coffee from the lobby kiosk each morning. If you are looking for a place that treats you like long time regulars from day one, this is the place. This is now our first choice when we travel to visit family in St Paul.

Everything was great, banquet staff (Antonio) is and was awesome again. Everyone was was friendly with us over the weekend event. Total of 3 ballrooms and all the guest rooms. My only complaint was the elevators, I'm not sure about the rules and regulations but some others near by have super fast elevators. I of course used the stairs as much as possible as I normally would have, but times I have to use carts to bring supplies and equipment up and down. I think this is our new spot, all staff were excellent, even one of the GM that was in a meeting hear me carting some stuff down the hall and came and asked how our stay and the show was and he stopped to help me carry some equipment to one of the ballrooms. It's a great group of people there and for me that makes the biggest difference. I will be back for sure and always makes things easier when everyone is happy to help you out and set things up and tear down afterwards. See you soon!

I did not stay in a room. I was there for a one day training. The accommodations were very nice and clean.

This place is very nice. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. We had a free upgrade to a room with a seperate bedroom and living room. The lobby was pretty and it even had a sweet glass rotating doors (sadly not in operation). Pool is huge.

I did not care for how long it takes to get from parking to elevators, seems like there should be more. Hallways were a lot less polished and clean than the rooms and lobby. I still think it's a great place with the few complaints though.

It was great and convenient for airport. The staff were amazing. My autistic adult son was traveling to MSP alone and his flight got delayed so that he would be arriving at MSP right about midnight. The hotel shuttle is supposed to end at midnight. . (We chose Crown Plaza for the later shuttle.) I called the hotel about 11:15 pm to ask if they would please still do run to MSP for my son since it would be right about midnight when his plane would arrive. The desk staff confirmed they would happily do so and sent the shuttle even before I called to say my son was on his way out of airport. Thank you for being so customer oriented even towards a Neurodivergent customer. The staff also made sure morning shuttle back to airport was scheduled too! I did not get the staff person's name but it was 4/27/23 night. Thank you so much!!!!

Excellent product by IHG ! Security is a little overdone with constantly looking for your key to work the elevator? Rooms are clean as is the entire hotel and Van drivers are very professional and friendly!

Nice hotel with plenty of parking. The room was quite large and quiet.... but maybe not all the rooms are the same. The restaurant on site was nice and looks like there is an indoor pool here also.

Nice updates on a older hotel. We arrived later and were bummed the restaurant closed at 10 on Friday. Have a little walk from ramp to front door so could be tough in bad weather. Looked like they had shuttle service. Need to ck if for MOA or airport. Front reception was pleasant enough.

We've stayed here twice with good experiences both times. Comfy bed (though I'd prefer it be firmer), nice clean room, love the pool and hot tub. The gym is surprisingly large and well-equipped. The airplane museum on the 3rd floor is pretty fun, too. The kids really loved it!

There is not a free breakfast but the "grab n go" options at the coffee shop are reasonably priced and the hotel restaurant is legitimately good and inexpensive.

Was disappointed that I called 3 times to update on my late plane coming in. Was told I need to find my own ride since they are done with shuttle at 12am. I got into airport at 1220. Got uber and arrived as the SHUTTLE was dropping people off FROM my plane. The room was wonderful though.

The pool and hot tub are a nice bonus, and I had the workout/weight room to myself. All the employees were very helpful. The shuttle to the airport ran every half hour exactly on time. Beds were cozy comfortable even though the bathroom was a little dated. Four stars would be unfair as I would stay here again, so five it is!

I loved the aviation themed floors. The pool was awesome and the towels were a great size. The staff was quick to respond which meant we didn't need to stand in line long at check in or check out. The room and facility were clean and comfortable. I love that the hotel had a small museum for NorthWest Airlines. The shuttle to the Mall and Airport was prompt.

I manage our AAU travel reservations for parents and coaches. Ryan Young was absolutely amazing to deal with. We had to make several last minute changes, in the 2 weekends we had reservations. Ryan handled every detail seamlessly and in a timely matter. Customer service goes a long way, and we will definitely be keeping him in mind in the future.

This is a really nice hotel. The beds were comfy and we slept well, and the room was spacious and clean and welcoming. When we got a little turned around the staff were observant and friendly in their help to us. We used the pool and hot tub, which were very nice. We noticed the hot tub wasn't very hot, could be a bit hotter, but not a big deal. Overall. We had a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to visit again.
