The red haired lady that helped me choose my new mod was super informative and helpful!! She even helped me find out if the coils I had for my previous tank would be compatible and they totally are!!! I live in Saint Paul but I will travel to shop here again!

I think they are being resilient with all the law changes going on. You do have quality products and a variety of product. I'm wondering why you can't look up vapes by ingredients in mn right now but I doubt it's true..

When will MN figure out that if a person trusts a friend to purchase her favorite strain of Marijuana therein lies the risk with distillates, oils and gummies and vapes.. when I go and shop at a store or dispensery I know what I'm getting. Why then is it so difficult to find an average thcp vape cartridge or disposable? I'm on medical Marijuana and they have distillate that's 97% thc and it doesn't hold a flag up against THCP combined with THC9 and MCT oil in any kind of vape that has the actual correct chemicals.

This was my second visit to this location and I had another great experience! The first time I went in looking for a new juice flavor and ended up loving the flavor that was recommended to me. I also ended up with a new mod as well. The atmosphere was very chill and both people I spoke to were attentive and super helpful. The only downside was the price. Everything seemed a little pricey. Worth it, especially the vape flavor I got but pricey. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Place is great, had the Vessel vape batteries and employee was awesome, he did not act like I was bothering him like the place in Shorewood, I have spent a few $100 on vape and rigs and always acts like I am intrusive on his computer. Never again I have found a new place. Sorry I did not get the name of employee who did a great job helping me on 11/14/2022 at 2pm or 3pm, thanks for the great experience and having what I have been looking for and no where else had these vape batteries.

They're staff very kind and helpful!! They have a great selection of juice.. When i was there, there were two older women who came i to the store to ask about some cbd products that they had.. And the man behind the counter was so patient, so kind, ans so caring as he explained everything to them.. Made my heart happy to see him being so helpful and compassionate.. I guess she had some major health issues and was needing help with her pain.. Great staff..cuz theyre good people.

Not much more I can say than whats already written by others before me. Absolutely wonderful service here. The two employee's that I've dealt with have been beyond knowledgeable and provide great suggestions for a beginner such as myself. Their selection and prices are great as well.

I go out of my way to get my supplies here and have really enjoyed speaking with the staff here. Thanks for the great customer experience!

The guys at E-Cig Pod are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The store is clean with a relaxed atmosphere. They don't try to upsell you or give you stuff you really don't want.
They went above and beyond for me today by replacing a whole setup for me as I kept having issues with one I had purchased from them prior. Definitely go here if you enjoy supporting a small business with great staff!

Went in for the first time to figure out what was going to be a good fit for me. I have been smoking for 26 years and just knew it was time to quit. Kurt was fantastic and very patient with me and was very thorough with explaining how everything worked. I spent more than I initially planned but left feeling confident that I had the right device for what I need.

I’m brand new to CBD and vaping. The gentleman working Saturday evening 7/13 was so kind and helpful. I was put at ease instead of feeling like an idiot (not knowing anything). He took his time with me, made me laugh and made sure I was comfortable with the product and service. Great job! I will be back for sure!

Incredibly friendly staff, and environment. They helped a friend get setup for their first time vaping, today, and she could not have been more impressed with the way she was treated. They also have a great selection of liquids, and a nicely cultivated selection of high quality box mods and vaporizers.

I've been coming here for years and after the way they helped my friend out today, this remains at the top of my list of vape shops in the cities.

I’m a regular at this location, and I only go to other stores if I’m in a pinch. Due to the customer service and line of products, I’ll gladly drive from Chaska or Anoka to this store any day of the week.

They’re not here to swindle you into buying their most expensive products, they’re here to help you get whatever feels best. The selection of flavors is top notch, and all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the product you choose.

If you need help with your device or any part of the vape, they are happy to teach you what to do to fix it next time. I’ve watched them do this free of charge every time a customer has come in with questions. They’ll usually tell you if you need a new coil or pod, but if it’s something they can solve right then and there without a purchase they’re happy to.

Overall, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
