Lisa was incredible in her thoroughness of guiding us to all options, being patient as we weighed out our choices, and alleviated any obstacles. She deserves 10 stars in a world of little to no customer service, she is a shining example! We are beyond grateful! Excited about our purchases as well.

I worked with Chris. He was super helpful and patient in helping me make choices of furniture and rugs. Chris has a great personality and actually made the process fun.
When it came to carpeting I had help from Angela, the designer and Mark the flooring salesperson. Angela was really helpful with choosing colors and textures that worked together to make the best look and always offered her help even though technically I wasn’t her client. Mark was ready to help every time I came in the store. It took several visits to get the carpet and area rugs picked out. He was always just as enthusiastic as he was on my first visit. He went out of his way to explain everything about quality and installation. I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with Chris, Angela and Mark. They are all kind, patient and very knowledgeable.

Our sales person, Montana, is the best! She helped with what WE wanted and was not pushy which is something that I can’t say about everyone unfortunately. We have now worked with twice and was a great experience both times! Keep up the great work!

Our sales person Mike was very helpful and did a great job in helping us find the type of furniture we were looking for. We were also able to pick it up everything very quickly from the Hom warehouse. In the future, we will definitely be using them again.

We had an excellent experience shopping at Hom Furniture! We found the perfect dining table after several weeks of looking for a table. The table we found is gorgeous and is going to fit perfect with my other furniture and decor. I am still in the process of remodeling and decorating.

Our salesperson Becky Alemu provided us with excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely patient with us. She went over and beyond when working with us.

The delivery team did an excellent job! They were on time, and they did a great job setting my dining table up.

My sales reps were Sue (for furniture) and Dave (for rugs). They were both very patient and helpful. Sue spent a great deal of time with me looking at sofas and sectionals, and listened to my requests for the type of furniture I was looking for. I felt very comfortable and pleased with what she showed me. I did purchase a floor lamp that I fell in love with, but haven't purchased furniture yet. I trust Sue to take me in the right direction for quality and comfort.

I had the best shopping experience with my Sales Consultant Betty. She is amazing and has alot of knowledge about decor. Professional and kind. Betty took the time to search availability of the products I wanted to purchase today. Everything I wanted was available. She ordered them and set up delivery. I plan to purchase another bedroom set soon. I will contact Betty to help me with my next purchase . Again she is amazing.

Purchased living room furniture from Hom Furniture we worked with Corey. He did a great job. We are very happy with our purchase.

We really needed some guidance on shopping for a new mattress. Neil helped walk us through a lot of options, while listening well to what we had already ruled out. We purchased a mattress with a lot of confidence that we are significantly improving our upcoming sleep.

My experience at Dock86 in Lakeville was nothing less than "smooth sailing". The sales associate I dealt with was professional in every way possible. She had the answer I was looking for to each question, which made finalizing my experience smooth. Natalya is an asset to Dock86 in every way, which just made my time a bit easier. Sue was such a helpful salesperson. She showed me several pieces of furniture that met my needs and spent a lot of time with me. I feel confident in making a choice based on her recommendations. This is a large showroom with a wide range of price points, Highly recommend

Montana is an excellent Sales Consultant. I was shopping for a sectional - she took great care to listen to what I needed, provided appropriate advice / information, and was very engaging and respectful. In summary, a pleasant experience. Although I ended up buying a sectional from another store, I will go back to her for other furniture needs.

Montana was the best!!! She was patient, I didn’t feel pressured too purchase anything or rushed. She helped me find the best fit for my home and family and even decor to go with stuff I already had. She was very honest and answered every question I had. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!

Lisa was great. She introduced herself and let us browse without hovering. We found the perfect new living room sofa and recliner and a rug to match. Great selection. We have been shopping at Hom since the early 2000s and they never disappoint!

We worked with Mary to find furniture to accommodate two Irish Setters that we had "inherited" from a family member who passed. Mary was absolutely incredible! She was helpful, friendly, and thought outside of the box. She provided tons of options and was so patient as we tried to make up our minds. We weren't 100% confident the chairs we had settled on were going to be right for the space (and dogs) and she alleviated any concerns by letting us know that they could be returned within 7 days. On day 5, we decided we needed bigger chairs. I was really nervous about returning them...I had never returned any furniture we've bought before. She was, again, so helpful and so friendly and made everything so easy. Mary was just wonderful. I honestly can't say enough about what a great experience she made shopping at Hom for us. We, and Millie and Bear, thank her so much!

Betty was the best! She went above and beyond to help us pick out a mattress, ensured we were happy with it, explained the price differences of the packages multiple times to us, was extremely patient and then even went the extra mile when we found out our bed was not compatible with our phones - to get a system put it. If you’re looking for a new mattress ask for her!

We purchased a couch last February. We did run into a bit of an issue however the General Manager Jim Boroughs was amazing. All matters were immediately taken care of he was very professional and caring. You don’t see that much these days.
