Luther Hopkins Honda

This dealer was where we purchased our first car in the United States, a 2016 Honda Accord in white color. It was a second-hand vehicle with high mileage, but we were really pleased with the price. The salesperson, Brian, was fantastic to work with, and we enjoyed doing business with him. The entire team at Luther Hopkins Honda was exceptional. I recall a particular incident during our purchase when we needed to urgently go to the bank, and the store manager willingly provided us with the keys to a brand new Pilot Touring, allowing us to complete our errand.

Despite the car being older, the detailing they performed was truly impressive. If we hadn't moved from Minneapolis, we would have continued to do business with them. We highly recommend this dealer for any of your future automotive needs.

Janet was very helpful in finding the right car for us. She took time to get to know us and then guided us through all the options available. We came two different days to make our decision. Both days the managers introduced themselves and told us to contact them with any needs. Finally, Hopkins Honda is a different type of sales experience- they are a team!

Brad was excellent! I purchased a new 2023 Honda Civic which took a couple months to arrive but his communication was superb, and when I went into get the car it was totally painless. Definitely ask for Brad if your looking for a car at this location.

I am impressed the time estimated for the work took less than the stated. She gave suggestions about what other maintenance items could be safely postponed. I ran into a problem with a car I purchased from this dealership about a year ago. Originally, we thought it was fixed, but the problem kept reoccurring, and costs started to climb. However, throughout the entire process, both Devyn and Sarah worked tirelessly with myself, my husband, and our warranty company to ensure we had all the best information, all the right updates, and went above and beyond to help us with managing the costs. Best services for each and every single issue or a routine oil change. This time brought me in because my brakes were making a very obvious noise and turns out after the diagnosis it was indeed my brakes - the last time I came in for a routine oil change they did point out the brakes would have to be done rather soon (within the next 6 months or so) and about 6 months later here I was to get them replaced. I didn't have an appointment and was informed that it would probably be not until the next day looked at, but, after a few hours dropping off (and getting a rental car from them), they contacted me to let me know what it was exactly and the price and it was finished a few hours later.

The service provided on my car at Luther Hopkins Honda was good. The service advisor was pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility was clean and comfortable, the work was performed in a timely and effective manner- all of which are appreciated, but also expected. The cost of service seems high to me, but is probably in line with charges at other dealerships.

K Hussein was fabulous. He went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my tires and get the problem fixed. Super customer service! He's very thorough, competent and nice!

I went along with my friend today while she bought her car to help her make sure she wasn't being sold short on some horrible vehicle. And let me tell you what, I was super blown away her salesman was Willis Burks. I've never met such a super nice and happy salesman who's super honest. He answered all of my questions about the vehicles maintenance and history. And he was honest he even pointed out some of the problems that I didn't even know it had. Not pushy on sales or any extended stuff at all he was upfront and honest and amazing. Super quick and upfront and informative. Loved the personality. Our finance guy was Matt. He is very quick and friendly he got straight to the point didn't try to make anything confusing super upfront and fast. Honestly the fastest and most thorough finance guy I've ever met. I loved everyone we worked with today. Everyone was super upfront and quick!! And honest.

Qalid was my service consultant. He was very kind and got me in and out within a reasonable amount of time. He kept me updated with everything as I waited. Told him some additional problems I had going on with my car and he got them taken care of, no problem. Very knowledgeable and great service!

Have purchased two vehicles from this place now. I'll probably keep coming back for a few reasons. First, this is the first car dealership I've been to where everyone actually talks to me like I'm a person, not just another sales prospect. I know they want to sell me a car, but I can tell they're more interested in being honest and keeping me happy than making a quick buck.

Second, Fred and the rest of the team have been super understanding of my situation and steered me in the right direction to get what I want, rather than tell me what they think I should do. It's refreshing to feel like I'm in control of the deal instead of the other way around.

Finally, Honda makes good products and I've been nothing but pleased with every vehicle I've ever owned from the brand. For the money, they seem to offer more usability and reliability than almost any other brand.
