The Copper Cow

The Copper Cow was excellent. Right now they are featuring MN Fair Food. Their standard menu is also excellent and casual. The beer on then menu is excellent and they have several beers from the Unmapped Brewery which is literally across the parking lot.

We had sandwiches, bowls, wings and fair food. My wife and daughter also had a Boozy Shake, which is a great way of adding alcohol to a milk shake.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very quaint. I highly recommend the Copper Cow for a family night out.

Awesome place!! Small but Definitely worth going to! We had there house wings which were amazing! We also tried there burgers! The Cooper juicy lucy which was great! And the chips yes to die for!!! The wife had the 60/40 and that was really good as well! They even have bottled Root Beer!! Definitely a good newer spot to try!!!

I've read a lot of negative reviews before trying the copper cow. People need to understand that you rating a place when you didn't eat there is beyond rude. I know you're angry you didn't get in but it isn't their fault. To those people I say this: you can order and pick up online or you can even reserve a table. The same way you hear about place (the internet) can also be used to book a table at this restaurant and you can do it through their website which YOU used to see their menu before deciding you were going there. You even used the internet as a GPS so I'm not sure how you didn't just book online lol.

Anyway, my friend and I walked right in and got seated (it was so hard). We had a very nice waitress who helped us with the menu. Obviously I'm coming here based on Instagram pics so I'm going to get the gimmick/cool dishes. We both ordered booze shakes, he got the Cow & Sow and I ordered the Donut Burger. I wouldn't recommend the Donut Burger if you are getting a shake, it's way to much junkfood. I will say from what I had it's safe to say that all their burgers and shakes would be delicious. They definitely spent a lot of time trying to pair flavors and it shows in their dishes. I will be coming back and I'll make a new Google account each time just to boost the rating from the haters who don't understand how the food industry works. I hope this helps!

I just about had a religious experience!! I am a Burger fan, and I have had many Burgers in my life. This Place gave me a burger I will never forget!!! I had the "Cow, Duck and Goat Walked into a Bar", and it was decadently succulent!!! Along with the truffle fries, and Americana Boozy shake, I am coming back so fast, that I may come back Tomorrow. The Ambiance and atmosphere is really nice and cool for the space they have to work with. Service was extremely friendly, shout out to Casey for being so good, but a tad slow since it was opening day (can't blame them for that). Overall, I will be coming back often; and I'm so Glad that these guys are in Minnetonka, what an amazing new Restaurant!!

The Copper Cow is an amazing place. The atmosphere has a sort of DnD-like tavern. Rustic yet high quality.
We started off with The Buttermilk Chicken Wings, which were amazing, the flavor was bold yet subtle. The meat was so tender, it almost felt like I was eating crab.
I ordered The Short Rib Pot Roast, and may I say, it has ruined any other pot roast for me. The meat just melts as soon as it enters your mouth. The veggies were superb. And the au jus was perfect, alongside the risotto.
My friend ordered The Cowboy Burger and it was a solid burger. Now we will say, the pickle was overwhelming, we would recommend perhaps 3 slices instead of the mountain we received.
But overall amazing spot, highly recommend

Overall, the Copper Cow did not disappoint! Great service, trendy atmosphere, and amazing food! Do not leave this place without having tried one of their excellent burgers and a DELICIOUS boozy shake! We had the death by chocolate and were so happy we did. We also watched many other flavors come out of the kitchen and all looked equally amazing. 5/5 will be coming back!

Love this place! A menu full of unique, tasty burgers, excellent apps (brussels sprouts to die for), and amazing cocktails-- its hard to go wrong. Affordable prices and fun atmosphere. Gotta try a "boozy shake"!

Fun and unique! They specialize in burgers and craft cocktails. They also have a decent selection of tap craft beer, including local breweries. Very friendly staff and great tasting food. It's a fairly small place so come early to get a table. They also have outdoor patio seating.

Great burgers! Very unique too. The burger I got had a doughnut for the bun! The shakes looked amazing as well, I was just too full to try one, next time though for sure. Only downside is very small parking lot

Absolutely delicious Benedict Burger cooked to order topped with crisp-fried ham, arugula, smoked gouda, poached and hollandaise. Lox scramble with dill creme fraiche was healthier and great mix of flavors. Packed for Sunday brunch, full bar with fun drinks and boozy shakes. Fun atmosphere and friendly service.

One of my top 3 burger joints in Minneapolis!! They have an excellent menu to choose from, with a lot of the usuals you’d expect. What do they do different? They create thoughtful burgers! Using a variety of ingredients (like figs for example), each burger is created to perfect elegance. Plus, they serve the perfect portion at the right price. And next door is the brewery!

We were here the first time because of the Restaurant Week deal. It was impressive! Great alcohol selection, great food and environment and I just loved the team! Wonderful bartenders and servers. We'll be back!

I was shocked at wow outstanding the ascetic was on the inside. The food was AMAZING! One thing though I don’t recommend getting a huge milkshake and a deep fried burger. Also the service is very good.

This place is amazing. You can tell the person who put these ingredients together really knows what they are doing. Never thought these things would go together. Kale slaw was FIRE. My burger was soooo good. Service was meh but I guess that’s just how things are now with Covid. They add 5% on to their tab fir some covid reason it seems very confusing.

Where to begin. This place has a real Narnia Wardrobe feel to it. It seems small from the outside, mostly due to my memories of the tiny DQ that used to reside here, so when we opened to doors to find relatively spacious seating and a full bar to boot, it made me do a double take. The decor is cozy and comfortable, with a old fashioned pub vibe. Service was friendly, the food came out quick, and I was hard pressed to find anything on the menu that wasn't house made. We had the Bacon Jam and the Cow & the Sow burger. Both were juicy, flavorful, and properly proportioned, which is hard to find in a modern burger.

My largest piece of advice? Save room for your shake. With several intriguing options, we settled on a boozy Funny Lunchbox shake and were instantly in heaven.

The Copper Cow is really top notch, evidenced by my wife ending the meal by stating the we needed to come back, because she didn't think it fair crowning it her "favorite restaurant" after just one visit.

The food is fantastic, the drinks are strong which is great and the staff is personable yet delivering what you would expect from the price you pay. Thank you Kenzie and Phoenix. A birthday my mom will never forget!

Got a 24oz bone in chared ribeye medium rare. Was an amazing pan seared seat, loved it. Honestly was one of the top steaks I've ever had. Wife had a cow, duck and goat walk into a bar burger with slaw. It was very good and interesting creative menu, also a comfortable vibe. We'll be back.

Great new place to eat. The Doughnut Burger was amazing as promised. Place was busy during the lunch hour, but this did not delay the food. Great staff! I need to make 10 more visits to try all the burgers.

This place is fabulous. My husbands cousin is a chef here and recommended the special that was for tonight - a 24oz stake with garlic aioli sauce. My husband had that. Best steak he has ever had. I had the burger named ‘A Cow, A Duck and A Goat Walked in to a Bar’. It was very good. No ketchup needed. A huge plus is that there are burgers you can get with lettuce wraps, in case someone is on any diet with low/no carbs. We will come again and try the boozy shakes they have.

The Fried Chicken Sandwich is awesome - Great portion size and not greasy.

We had the Winter Sangria for a drink - Very light and flavorful... A+

The Farmer Bites are awesome for kids - veggies, cheese and grilled chicken... such a welcome change from the normal chain kids menus.

We had the Birthday Cake shake for desert. Holy cow - save room. It's extremely rich and the combo of a warm donut with the ice cream is amazing.
