This is strictly a take out place. The food is good but absolutely no atmosphere. I could barely understand a word the lady that took my order. The order was wrong. They left my food just sitting on the counter unattended.
If that's ok with you then go for it. The food is very good.

Ordered takeout and everything was delicious. Delivered quickly. The gluten free fried rice and general tsos chicken was great. Can’t often get gluten free Chinese food where I live

We have eaten here every month for years! The only place to make a spicy tuna roll WITHOUT mayo. Great portions of appetizers and amazing noodle dishes as well. A must try in Dover! One of the best sushi places you’ll find on the seacoast.

Very generous portions and friendly service. The place is small and can get a little crowded. The Vietnamese dishes are top notch, full of flavor. My sister had mixed feelings about the uni-don, which was not served in a Japanese way, but was just sushi-size bites of eel with rice and veggies around it, which felt much more Japanese. But she still found it tasty. My bbq pork vermicelli dish was outstanding.

Every time we order the food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the employees are delightful!

Their lunch special runs from 11 to 3 on weekdays, and for under $10 I got a box of food and y'all I swear this weighs at least five pounds! And it's not all padded with rice either! Generous portions, made fresh, and cheap! Their sushi is also reasonably priced and super tasty! I live in Rochester but I drive out to Saigon and Tokyo because they always take care of you 💙

Sad just takeout now, but the food is still so good. Superior Chinese for Dover and great Japanese and Vietnamese.
Some of the online apps hide the vietnamese. The fried items like those in Pu Pu Platter and the teriyaki stick are much better that anyone around. I really like the Pho and other soups. Good sushi. So kids, basic chinese, sushi lovers and those trying something a little more exotic (for NH) from the Vietnamese menu can all have fun. The chinese lunch soecials are great, the only chicken fingers I like around, and good Gen. Chicken

As always great meal. Spicy wings, won ton soup, fried rice and chicken chow mein. Good weight staff kept the food coming and beers full.

Very friendly. Fresh. No dine in. Take out only. Large portions.

I have been ordering the same 3 rolls as takeout here for maybe a year. Mama Jenny (I don’t know who started calling her Mama on Facebook, but I like it!) knows my order by name. 1 California roll, one eel roll (add avocado) and one salmon roll (add avocado). At some point in the last couple of weeks, Mama added my two rolls that I had to add avocado to, as their own rolls on the menu. She even asked if I saw the new menu additions when I picked them up tonight! I have never felt so special from a takeout place. I’ve been ordering various sushi, Chinese and soups here since 2020 and I have loved it. Great prices and Mama’s smiling face to greet you.

Best place in town for Chinese food and Sushi. 100% takeout since the pandemic hit, but doesn’t seem to be slowing them down. Parking lot is small, but cars constantly moving due to the 100% focus on takeout. Food is typically ready when they say it will be, so don't show up earlier and you won't have to wait. Staff inside moves fast, so pick process is quick. I generally only review beer places, but this place is worth mentioning. My craft been stuff is on IG @beerman.nh

This is by far the best restaurant in Dover, I can't say enough good things about the quality of the food. Jenny the owner is always kind to her patrons. My girlfriend and I are regulars with a visit at least once a week. We regularly try different things on their extensive menu and are never disappointed. Trust me it's worth the wait for a table, the place is always packed for a reason.

Great pho and Chinese food. Cozy environment. Very kind waiters and awesome owner. Gets pretty busy during peak hours. Parking lot is tiny. You may have to park at Planet Fitness next door

Jenny (Owner) is a great personality. Have been going there for 5 years and always loved their food. Good portion size and tasty; yummy Chinese and Vietnamese food. They should definitely improve on their ambience when they open post covid. Otherwise they are great team and I will miss their food for sure (I moved, so!)

Probably the best Asian food in Dover. My favorite egg noodles. Menu is quite extensive, their dishes are tasty and balanced ready to eat or take out. In rush hours (after work) get ready for some waiting time, also parking lot is small.

This is our go-to, whether we're in the mood for Chinese, Sushi or Pho. The Chinese lunch specials are HUGE! I get 3 meals out of them. As of this very writing, I am waiting on a delivery of Pho..... :)

Cơm Thịt Đau Hủ Kỳ was worth every penny! Quite possibly the best grilled pork that has ever graced my mouth. Vegetarian friends enjoyed their options as well. Good portion size. Sadly, the owner told us this thirteen-year-old restaurant has been hit hard by the pandemic and labor shortage so it is now takeout only. The interior is now set up for expediency, not lounging. Do not overlook! This place is well worth the stop and price!

I can not say enough good things things about the people and food here. Jenny and her staff are super stars. They remember orders and faces making each customer feel special demonstrating they realize the value if customers and having a great experience there. *Pro-Tip* If the lot is full park at Planet Fitness, and check in there, the walk to Saigon Tokyo, in my mind, counts as cardio... 2 birds with one stone.
