I placed an order online for a smoker. I later received a call from Dave, letting me know there was a way to bundle what I purchased to save us money. I am beyond thankful that he went out of his way for us.
Everything was ready when we picked up and the staff was very helpful getting it to our vehicle.

They always have a great array of items for you to purchase. I always go in and get more than what I was looking for because their items stand out. They definitely know how to showcase products to draw your attention

Our painter wanted us to go look at colors and match up colors before before he bought the paint for painting our new house interior. We got so much help from the person In the paint section who helped us matched up colors that were a different brand than what the painter wanted to use. So helpful and no rushing. it really was a great experience. And the really nice thing is this person who waited on us had no idea if our painter was going to buy his paint from this store or not . He was just being helpful. Definitely will go back!

Great store with *super* helpful and friendly staff that know the products and how they're used. Highly recommended for any tool/hardware needs, as well as seasonal holiday decorations, or you want to speak with someone who can actually show you the right products for your DIY project.

Years later I have encountered more friendlier customer service. 10 years ago, that was not the case. I won't bring up the "r-word" I wish I knew his name I would give him his props 🥰

Exceptional customer service! We were interested in a grill. David had spoken with us on the phone. He remembered my husband's name and helped us find exactly what we wanted!

Assistant Manager Sally, awesome, fetched my item for. The back, answered my question with a smile, and adjusted the price because it came up wrong. Cashier was awesome, little old man, advising me how awesome the item I was purchasing was in an application his wife used it for! The young lady that was I paints was also informative, I was in and out in ten minutes and felt like I was the only customer that mattered. Service with a smile at it's core.

I always find all my home restoration needs here. The employees are kind and super helpful. Pain matching is on lot and I'd highly recommend them for all of your home needs. P.s we get our Xmas tree from them every year with no disappointment. Kudo's.

I search all pet stores. Big box store. NO ONE had the item I needed. Well Rocky's Did. Love that store. And the folks who work there are do very nice.

I love coming here. There is always someone wandering around in the store looking to give help to anyone who wants it. I like the hometown feel I get when I walk in. I would much rather give my business to a place like this that really appreciates it.
