I never expected to be placed in a position that threatened the livelihood of my family. In 2020, ACS attempted to defame my character as a mother. ACS' initial contact with me/my family, I was cooperative but little did I know ACS's employees did not practice integrity and honesty. Michael Discioarro came to my family’s rescue when we needed it most. Unfortunately, my child was the victim of a crime and ACS was automatically called. Even though I wasn’t the perpetrator, ACS investigated my family anyway- they interrogated and made false accusations at myself and my child, they tried to interrupt my child from getting desperately needed educational and medical services, and they tried to force us to take unneeded therapy to monitor us in our home and dictate our schedule multiple times a week for up to 2 years. Going to start off by saying if you need help with ACS this is the guy you talk to. They (ACS) we’re trying to be the bullies they are and Mike came in and shut it down.
