The food was great, the service was excellent, it was just a little loud in there. My husband and I shared and the food was perfect! The rolls were sooo good! Heading into Texas Roadhouse at 3 o'clock on a bustling afternoon, I wasn't sure what to expect. Despite the crowd, we were seated immediately, a promising start. The service throughout was exceptional; every staff member was attentive without being overbearing, creating a welcoming atmosphere right off the bat.But let's dive into the heart of this culinary experience: the porterhouse steak. It's rare to find a chain restaurant that delivers on the promise of a mouthwatering steak, but Texas Roadhouse exceeded expectations. This steak wasn't just cooked; it was crafted. This was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse, it was my wife's birthday and our son wanted to take Mom out to dinner. This is a very popular restaurant and now I know why. The atmosphere was busy and upbeat, the servers had personality and the meals were wonderful. My wife had a medium sized Prime Rib, her favorite, with a house salad and fully loaded baked potatoe, she loved it. I had the 8oz. Kansas filet with a house salad and the house Chilli, all amazing!! Our son had some big old fat special steak, a house salad and the loaded baked potato and he loved it as well. Overall this was an amazing experience, I'll definitely be going back and, recommend the Texas Roadhouse to anyone and everyone!! By the way, I couldn't eat all my Chilli so our server boxed it up for me and gave me an extra container of it, thank you to her...

This is a popular place in this area. We went just before 6 and there was a line! By around 7pm there were around 20 to 30 people waiting (on a Tues night!) The bread was sweet and really good with the sweet cinnamon creme. The best dish was the prime ribeye. We got it medium well and it was perfect for us. The thing was huge! The side house salad was huge too! I would also recommend the baked potatoes. Grilled mushrooms were salty and fresh vegetables were so so... The rib racks were pretty good as well. The sirloin was ok (but I would just go for the ribeye). We also had a great waitress! This place had better steak than places costing twice as much. Overall great Texas dining experience for the family.

We love Texas Roadhouse, it's one of our favorite spots. The food is good not great (depending on what your order) and the prices are very reasonable, the service is the best. Recommend the filet medallions, the steaks, the ribs, the salads, the cactus blossom is the best thing on the whole menu. Things that are just ok are the tater skins and steak kabobs.
Things to note: it's very loud and crowded and the there's almost always a long wait.

Texas Road House is a favorite of ours when visiting Reno for dinner! Their menu offers a wide variety of dishes. We tend to sway towards the Sirloin Steaks or Rib Steaks with a side of garlic buttered shrimp. Their meals come with your choice of sides. They also have a nice selection of appetizers. Our Steaks are always cooked to our liking. Their Servers are attentive to your needs and serve you with a smile. They have a full bar and can make whatever your heart desires. We have visited them for our lunches and dinners. We will definitely be back! Word to the wise... if it's your birthday 😆 beware if they know, everyone in the house will know as well! They will sit you on a saddle at the end of your table and gather several Servers to sing you a special birthday song! When we were there last time, they had four different birthday tables going on! It was a lively time for sure. Nice atmosphere, great food and fast service!

This place is the best! The food tastes amazing, the servers are super friendly and awesome. Long wait but absolutely worth it.

The young lad was very respectful of me because he was still a Marine. But you can tell when people have been raised in a rich family not a poor one. And be traveling and get a free gift card for Texas Roadhouse from a woman who works there who gave my wife the two 10.00 gift cards. Their web page says different prices than what they actually charge me and it cost me more when we can't even afford fuel or to feed ourselves . 27.90 for a small cactus onion and a 8-piece potato skins which all of it was delicious but I think I got a little overcharged because the prices don't match up to their website

Damn, I love this place. This is what an American chain steakhouse is supposed to be. The prime rib is super duper yummy and tender. Cheese fries is crazy good, onion blossom is awesome, steaks are good. The only downturn is they cooked my steak too well done. A quick say to the service had they replace my steak cooked to perfection. All the sides are simple but quite out of this world.

Ambiance is very positive and happy, everyone seems really enjoying their food and company. Our service is very happy and bubbly but could be a bit faster. In overall, great food for very very reasonable price with great ambiance. Will return again when I'm around.

It was extremely chaotic the night we went (Christmas gift card season), so our party of 6 ended up waiting about a half hour. But after we were seated, the service was incredible for how many people were there. Our food came out super fast and was pretty good. I wish I had gotten our server's name, because she was amazing and definitely deserves a shout out.

My boyfriend and I love coming here amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and just always a good time. The wait is never that bad even on a Friday or Saturday night we have never waited more than 20 minutes and it’s well worth waiting! We love the chicken wings and the ribs!

Awesome first time experience. My partner and I had the the ribs and cheeseburger. Both were absolutely fantastic! Our server, Frankie, was also awesome, he was energetic and really fun. We’ll definitely be back again!

Prime rib is delicious and cooked exactly how I like it. Service has been excellent. Sit at the bar and have Frankie take care of you. Watching him interact with all the customers felt like an episode of Cheers!

This was our first time coming here on 1/24/24. The atmosphere was great. We had the best customer service from our Food Server Francina. She was very welcoming, told us about the specials, and had great follow through with checking back with us to see if we needed anything. I had the pork chop dinner & my sister had the steak dinner. Both were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be repeat customers from now on.

Wow!! We checked into the online waiting list before we left the house. Got there and waited 10 minutes and were seated. Our waitress, Nicole, was phenomenal. She (and the restaurant) was super busy and was able to stay focused and attentive as if we were at her house.

Food amazing as always. I took my mom and step dad tonight. His 1st time ever going to a Texas Roadhouse, he was throughly impressed with service and quality of food. Every time my husband and I go service and food amazing. Steak is extremely tender and amazing flavors that explode in your mouth.

Incredibly happy with the service. I went out on my birthday. I never had to ask for a refill, a new drink would just show up! I wish I could remember my servers name. Anyways, top tier establishment with a great staff.

Food was fantastic ! Our server Jenn was also amazing. She was quick and efficient. Got our orders correct. Very friendly and sweet. It was super packed and busy in the restaurant and she made it possible to get us everything in a timely manner. Overall happy with our experience. Our waitress did a great job taking care of us. We enjoyed the food, didn't have to wait long. The place looked busy, customers looked happy, and we didn't wait long to be seated. My 2nd visit at this restaurant and I was very happy.

Great service, great food! Lost a star on atmosphere. It's a bit loud for me because I have a hard time hearing when talking with the people at my table due to room noise.
