Kohl's

This was the Kohl's in Reno NV. Nice big Kohl's. Customer service was great. I wasn't shopping but returning an order..I was surprised that they already had Christmas stuff out on display.

Although there were decorations on the floor, which seemed hazardous the store was fairly neat. The slippers seem to be scattered in an unorganized fashion. But my checker Kimberlyn was very friendly, spoke well, and when I couldn't use a coupon she offered me a different discount. She smiled and was so pleasant and she is a problem solver.

Most stores you cannot find a soul to help you and shelves are naked! This could be one reason why shopping in person is becoming obsolete. But here at South Reno Kohl's, it is quite the opposite. People working, keeping store tidy, asking if we need any help with anything as we walked through the store. Never needed to search for someone, because there were actual workers there everywhere getting the store this perfect score!!! ;-)

Kohl’s is a great place to shop at and their products and prices are very affordable. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise any time you shop at Kohl’s in Reno. Thank you.

Went in for Amazon return. Thanks for that easy drop off and how smart they gave me a coupon! What 20% off so I had to shop and find some great deals for fall. Great idea to bring in new customers.

Good sales, I had 10.00 Kohl's cash and 20percent off. I purchased 2 T shirts, 2 heavy weight sweaters, 3 sets of Halloween towels all for less than $8.50, plus 2 big and tall shirts for gifts. New day in December and again what a nice time. Every employee is extremely polite, outgoing, and fun. Kudos to a job well done. Now it's the end of January and another great experience at Kohl's. A huge shout-out to a super nice employee who check ed my friend and myself out, she is a woman of color, little older and a great example of customer service. If she is on the floor she always asks if you need help or is there anything she can help you with, and if she is cashiering she always has her eyes on the line and calls for help if needed. She is a huge reason why I shop at Kohl's.

Kohl's is our go-to department store in the US. Great deals and prices for quality items. This store was well stocked and tidy.

The associate, Kaiden, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Very refreshing and nice to see a young man provide such good customer service 👌👍👏

Have not been in awahile.things are moved around. I thought the pricing and quality of clothing are the same

The wife luvz this store, we went n 2 ck on the air fryer selection n they were pretty well stocked. Jus wanted 2 C wat they had n git'a idea of the $$$'s. We will b git'n 1 from here shortly. The wife hadta go back again n return sumthin? However the inside of the store has b'n completely redone n is very clean n nice. The staff were very friendly n pleasant.

This store is great with many options for all your needs from wardrobe to electronics to shoes and many others.
We get so many of our minor appliances here like espresso machine, roomba and the like.
The staff is very helpful and courteous and with so many options cash rewards or points and discounts you always leave happy and with your purchase at a great deal...keep the good times rolling..

wow! today I went shopping with my family and I was surprised to see all the offers that. They have bought a total of 15 items! sweatshirts, t-shirts, pajama sets, pants all of a good brand and excellent quality 👌

Sign up for their rewards to make the most of all of their sales. Good prices on jeans and shirts for all genders and ages. Decent selection of home goods. Customer service is non-existent but it's a modern department store where most people would rather not be bothered.

Quick and easy. Don’t like the new carts though. They are awkward!

I love how sweet the customer service gal was. I have gone to each store & by far she was the best personality and made me want to drive to S. Reno to shop more often than the nasty useless lady at Spanish Springs Location.
