Atlantis Casino Resort Spa

This is very nice casino resort. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the mountains. The atrium with the swimming pool is gorgeous. The workout room has a wide variety of machine.

There are many options for dining and I was very impressed with the kids gameroom. I also loved the connecting walkway to the convention center.

My only complaint is that I wish the Fitness Center was open 24 hours. Everything else was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location if you're trying to get to the convention center. The rooms are clean and functional - everything works the way it's supposed to. There's an abundance of dining options or you could just order from their extensive room service menu. Can't go wrong with this place

Interesting to say the least. I need more time here in the future and I'll update my review so far so good. Love the whole building. It's super fun to explore . Play play play win win win !!

We reserved a room so we could stay the night after my husband's company's holiday party. The rooms were okay. they're in the middle of remodeling so it was kind of unsettling when we first walked onto our floor and you see no ceiling panels above you and paper covering the doors and but once we realized what was going on obviously it made sense. But we weren't informed of all of that at check-in. I noticed a little letter sitting on the entertainment center by the TV that says we might hear noise because of remodeling. I just think it would have been better to be on a different floor. The party was in a very nice banquet room and the food was amazing.

I visit Reno 2x a year & have for many years. We always stay at Atlantis because of excellent service, great restaurants, exceptional Spa, & a variety of the latest & loosest slots anywhere!
Plus Reno is great lil city with very friendly people & beautiful views.

Very nice place. Probably the nicest of all the Reno area casinos. The purple parrot was a nice 24 hour place as well. I just wish the casinos had a self service soda and coffee station like the ones in Oklahoma and Louisiana do. It would greatly improve the customer experience in my opinion...

Customer Service was fantastic especially a Bartender named Merry (like Christmas).
Very personable, professional, made you feel like family. Security amazing (Jeff and Gilbert! ) I definitely recommend Atlantis for all amenities!

My son and I frequent the Purple Parrot. The whole crew is fantastic. From wait staff to kitchen crew. My son and I always sit at the counter. That's where the fun is.

Excellent for entertainment and great food. Nice that it's away from "downtown". It's clean inside and out. No one "bothers you"👍

She helped me purchase a gift certificate and was super friendly.

Everything seems to be transaction focused and less attention to human interaction. Today's experience was a pleasant break from that.

A little piece of magic in the desert. I really like the Atlantis. The Purple Parrot is a great little diner for a quick bite. I always seem to win a little money on the slots or tables. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. For a older casino it seems to still be in good shape, not too smokey and kept clean. If you want to play away from downtown, it a good little spot. The rooms are a little older but were also very clean. There some shopping near by if you need any sort of vacation supplies.

Close to the airport, clean rooms and everyone was very friendly and inviting! And the machines were kind. The only complaint I would have is I could not get am appointed at the spa and it was my birthday. The spa apparently is booked weeks in advance.

My favorite place on earth. The Atlantis steakhouse is 2nd to none. The rooms and staff are great and a top notch casino with many top amenities. Just recently had to stay at GSR due to availability and timing and believe me I was missing Atlantis.

The absolute BEST!!! Spent 3 days and loved all the restaurants and casino games. Huge variety! Loved the people from cafe servers to valet personnel and hotel staff. Steakhouse was fabulous, just amazing! It truly is a casino spa resort. We didn't feel the need to go any place else except Lake Tahoe.

Awesome staff. Plenty of machines to play high chance of winning. If you have a player's card you get many, many perks only casinos stay at. The rooms are so nice and they offer 24 hr room service.

Atlantic Casino is top Shelf, classy, clean, fancy. The parking lot is very well lit I feel safe coming and going the food is excellent the service is out of this world fantastic. Id recommend it to anyone the casino slots are loose the workers are very polite. I love it here so well you.

I stayed here when I had an event over the weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My room was nice, well lit and clean. Though I must admit I was taken back from all the construction that was going on my floor but it has to be done to make the place better. Also the food was delicious and the staff was super nice. Highly recommend.

Jamal and the cocktail waitress do an A plus job on Sundays when we come to watch the ball games. Great Job! The coffee shop is the most consistent, reasonably priced, and best coffee shop of all the casinos in town.

I was really impressed with the Atlantis casino. My wife and I had stayed at the Atlantis a few years ago when they started their renovation. The newly renovated rooms were clean and new. Hadn't been back for almost 3 years. Walking into the casino this past weekend I didn't recognize the place. All the updates and upgrades they have done make a huge difference. The casino used to be very old and dark, now it's new, clean, and bright. I will make sure to visit the casino when staying in Reno!!

Extreme comfort and entertainment with this casino. Especially the buffet is very delicious with lots of seafood and other quality food. The upstairs entertainment area is also attractive with many game machines.
