AT&T Store

The staff at this store are fantastic! My brother works for AT&T, so we get a discount by being on his plan. That also means the store doesn’t make any money on us. Nonetheless they always treat us well.

Today Joe helped us add a new line, he was knowledgeable and efficient. He even replaced a screen protector for free because it was an old phone and the protectors are hard to find, but they happened to have an old one still on hand. Great people!

Joe was the Best! I received amazing customer service and support. The team there is outstanding. Thank you!

I visited the stores on Lincoln and North McCarran, both places had rude representatives that didn't get the job done… It made me go a whole extra day without a phone, however, when I went to this location, they solved my issue completely! I wish I could remember the name of the dude who helped me, he was super cool!

The best experience in an AT&T store ever! Casey is very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming & efficient. Everyone working in the store were smiling & looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. To top it off, Casey held the door open as I left. I switched to ATT back in January and had some major hiccups along the way. After countless hours on the phone and explaining the issues over and over it landed me at this store as they are corporate and they were the only ones that could help. I went in with months of frustration and ready to cancel all my services when a friendly associate, Anthony greeted me. He immediately got to work and on the phone working to resolve the issues. He didn't give up even though he was transferred several times and to multiple departments as no one wanted to deal with it. Finally after an hour I walked out with the issue resolved completely, a huge smile on my face and a huge weight off my shoulders. He went above and beyond and at the end said, "Without satisfied customers I would not have a job so I am glad you are happy and that makes me happy." He truly went above and beyond and has made a lifetime customer of me as he owned the problems that he did not create and did not give up till it was fixed! Thank you so much!!!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Joe A. for all of his help in getting us new phones and switching us over to AT&T. He was extremely patient and personable as he figured out all of the logistics in switching our devices in our family of four. He helped restore all of our phones from backup, and was very thorough in making sure that we were okay and all set up before we left the store - especially as two of us were from out of the area. Joe also gave us his business card and encouraged us to reach out if we noticed anything on our bill that was amiss. I was able to contact him right away and he spent time explaining the issue to me and also took care of it right away.

We really appreciated his time and effort in helping us with all of this and ensuring that we were satisfied with our devices and service. Thank you, Joe, for your amazing customer service and care during our time at the store and afterwards over the phone!

Less than a 5 min wait for great service. Tye was assisting us and he absolutely great, he was SO helpful with any and all questions. He made us feel very comfortable and put our minds at ease. This location is amazing. Casey, the store manager, went above and beyond to help us with our stolen phone. He listened thoroughly to understand our events, maintained ongoing regular communication, and solved the issue. Very professional and kind! Even followed up with us on his day off!

Brandon, the service rep who helped me to purchase my new iPhone 13 Pro Max was excellent and very professional. He went above and beyond in answering all my questions and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I want to commend him for doing a great job in helping me. I love my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I want to thank Brandon personally for a wonderful, topnotch experience there and making me feel right at home. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t be with AT&T anymore.

Wendy was great! I have dealt with multiple people over almost a year to clear up a “promotional lie.” She was the only one capable of clearly explaining what the problem was. For future users make sure you are going to corporately owned locations. You will avoid many headaches.

The sales associate Wendy was the kindest and most helpful and efficient I’ve ever had at AT&T! There were several other customers in the store but I didn’t have to wait at all (I was shocked) as all the sales associates came out to help. Wendy solved my issue on my iphone (the iCloud accounts in our family were all mixed up) quickly and with a smile. While she went to the back to check on something another salesperson came up to me to see if I was being helped.. in today’s day and age this is so rare. Fantastic 5 star service. Great employees and Wendy is outstanding!!!!!

Colin was AMAZING! He helped us tremendously when our bill went sideways and some stuff got accidentally added to our account. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He even went above and beyond to come up with an idea to help our family plan and consolidate our bill which we hadn’t thought of otherwise. He was seriously the best associate that we’ve ever experienced with ATT and his customer service skills are out of this world. Thank you Colin!

I came to this ATT store to return 5 old devices, Sam came up immediately to help. We sat down and he started the process quickly and efficiently which I greatly appreciated. He was able to answer all my questions and was very professional. Thank you for the great customer service, it was very refreshing, especially after the horrible service I had the previous night trying to return my devices at a different store.
