Total Wine & More

I live in Carson City but always happy to make the drive up to Reno and shop here. I do come more for their whiskey selection than wine and have always found it to be extensive. I especially like the fact that they carry local bourbons and ryes made by Frey Ranch and of course, that they have descriptions, ratings and top picks by people who work there. Prices aren't too bad either and today, as I was checking out, the friendly gal let me about their app and how it'll let me know about deals going on.

Total Wines has an outstanding selection of wine, spirits, beer, and accessories. They have some good discounts and sales. Several tastings were going on it helps when making a selection. Dorian provided great service, altogether an excellent experience!

The staff, for the most part, is of great service, but there's always one long-haired guy that ruins the experience. Otherwise, I can find lots of wonderful beers, liquor, and wine to taste. All you have to do is be 21 and ask for a tasting of the selection being offered. The store also has a large walk-in humidor with a what looks to be good representation of local favorites in tobaccos and cigars.
A large number of the local breweries can also found for sale on the shelves of your store.

Had to get big order for work and Katie was amazing! Helped our big order and we did a tequila tasting that’s was so fun! Also Kathy checked me out and she was wonderful as well!

It's not your typical experience! It's more like a market. You can wander through the aisle and sip whisky and wine. You can even find a fine selection of cigars. Fairly priced with a large selection.. hands down best customer service ever. I would say even a good first date place if you want to enjoy a cooking class.

I came in right before the holidays, was able to find my grandmother's favorite beverage (in large supply and at a cheaper price) when I couldn't find it anywhere else, and I was able to do it in a very short time, especially considering the time of year. This is just one example of many great transactions I've made at this location. Thank you to everyone here.

Best selection of wines! I came in to buy a friend a red wine, but had no idea what to get (I don't drink reds), but Lorie, the associate, was so kind to help. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! She let me sample different reds to pick the best gift. Thank you for your help, I will definitely be back for more wine!

Stocked with everything I wanted and a salesperson introduced me to Glayva, an alternative to Drambuie, which had wonderful flavor similar to Drambuie at a lower price point.

Great place and better people. This place has a staff that every store should have. I know it's a store that sells alcohol, but they are friendly and know what they are selling.

Plenty of options available for whatever your feeling like trying out. A lot of staff available to answer any questions or give advice on what to try. There was even some locally brewed beer that they were promoting that way really good. Check this place out for sure.

Prices at Total Wine are always reasonable.

Great selection of alcoholic beverages and pretty good prices. I like the beer mix n match to find obscure favorites.

A surprising variety of non-alcoholic or de-alcoholized options!

They went from (to my knowledge) having a handful of typical near beers last year to last week having creative mocktails with adaptogens and herbs, spirit alternatives, and LOTS of craft 0.5% brews (including quite a few Athletic Brewing Company options!). They also had several wine options, a few different brands of mostly de-alcoholized sparkling wine, chardonnay, and cabernet sauvignon.

Also the staff always seems very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I'm in looking for something specific.

Scheduled a curbside pickup. So easy, order was accurate, staff was friendly and helpful.

There are so many happy employees. The cigar selection was light... they may have been expecting a shipment.

This store is AWESOME! They have the friendliest staff and the first to have new products like TRULY VODKA SELTZER. No gate keeping here, RUN don’t walk to Reno’s Total Wine today before they are all gone!

Sales clerks are exceptional and helpful I love the store it's clean right and open and the prices are good
