Dutch Bros Coffee

1 of the highlights of my week. Since moving to a different part of town I really miss my daily coffee stop, and my coffee friends. The quality of the coffee is enough to make me a loyal customer, but the staff are what make Dutch a place I look forward to visiting. They are friendly, efficient and if you are a regular they make you part of the family. I wish they had more locations in Reno/Sparks. Until then I will drive for my weekly coffee treat.

First time — an evening a couple weeks ago — one of the crew messed up one of my orders (I stated that I wanted an iced bev, not hot), but I'm a reasonable & rational man, so I didn't make a fuss; it happens. I calmly pointed out the error, they apologized and fixed it promptly, and were friendly & cheery from start to finish. Easy-peasy. (And it was a decent iced Golden Eagle.) 😌

Went back just yesterday, a relatively hot afternoon, and on a whim I decided to give this exact Dutch Bros. location another try. There was a crowd of people — both standing & in the drive-thru, being the popular spot that it was; however, for the same cordial service, sans any error, the icy-cold Cotton Candy Frost was worth the excursion and the wait, to hell with the sun. Drank it on the spot in whatever sparse little shade I could find with my e-bike; damn good bev! A new favorite! 😄

I will definitely return sooner than later for another serving — but I'll probably get a large instead of a medium next time. 😉

💥 UPDATE: 8/04/2023 💥 — A handful of visits later and I continue to receive fast, friendly service from this location. This time around, during high noon on the penultimate day of Hot August Nights, I swung by to try the icy-cool, creamy Dragon Slayer Frost, and Maddie was pure Awesomeness (and BEAUTIFUL, just puttin' it out there! 😉)

The drinks were great! . Always have the sweetest and most patient staff which made the experience even better! Wish we should have gotten their name to give them the credit :( Definitely made our night ! 🩷

Dutch is the best, hands down. Friendly employees. Fantastic drinks.
I hope the company opens more locations in the Reno/Sparks area. With how long the lines are every day, more is better.

This is the year for me to rate and review coffee shops houses. This one is it. There is a truly dedicated young man that works here by the name of Stephen. This man can make some coffee and serves it with a smile(ladies look out). It was a joy to try their coffee today. They serve hot cold and cool. Then this manager I hope he will forgive me I forgot his name but he's the one in the picture. Every associate in this location works with a smile.please join these guys they are the best. Guys his name is J.J. he is a very very nice gentlemen.

I work near Dutch Bros., I never understood the long line, until I started going there. Everyone is super friendly, there’s awesome drinks for good prices!! Thanks to all the Dutch Bros. staff !!

Friendly staff and great service. Even though they were slightly overwhelmed by the amount of people in line at both windows. You would never be able to tell. They didn't skip a beat.

My baristas always remember me and thank me for my service as a first responder and taking care of elderly. It's nice that young people still have a sense of gratitude for service.

First time at Dutch Bros and they offer sugar free options which is great. I got a cocomo and mango smoothie and both were great. Coffee tasted really good.

The drive through is a nightmare. They have you go around in circles even though other cars get in before you make it around again. Walk up is always busy. The coffee is great per the usual.

I really enjoy coming here for coffee and the staff is incredibly helpful and courteous and always very friendly and welcoming.

They are amazing! I got a free insulated water bottle with a large coffee. The are so friendly and always make people happy. Love this place!

Today I ordered a large hazelnut brave iced coffee . They offered me soft top . This is the first time I tried soft top. They have other toppings. But this is my new favorite. I love it!

I love the rebel drinks, but I would come here just for the staff. So friendly and nice. They make you feel amazing. Ray of Sunshine Rebel Iced is my go-to. Love this place so much.

Love DB freeze with 2 added shots, whip cream, and cookie crumble. Thank you Dutch Brothers. You need more locations in Utah, Colorado, and Nevada .

My first impression of this place was clean, professional but still friendly. The place was very busy when I pulled up. But I watched as associates worked hard to take care of each order as they walked from vehicle to vehicle.
The drinks... are absolutely amazing. I went with a hot chia tea with the white chocolate, and the works. Best chia tea I've ever had.
The thing I would say they could work on is more menus near the drive through as a first time customer it was confusing not knowing what they offered.
Over all... I love this place.
