Am in the twilight zone?? I read a long list of negative reviews on this store yet I had a LOVELY experience. I mailed a package, recieved a tracking #. No issues. All the employees were pleasant. Mr.
Wolf assisted me with my Fieldprint appointment and was through and attentive :).
Another employee held the door for me on the way out.
Mr Wolf deserves a raise;)

Had a great experience
Staff was helpful and friendly
I had several things to mail and amazon returns and they were patient and helpful
There ended up being a long line with people, but their professionalism never wavered
The price of mailing the items seemed fair and typical of what i find is quoted typically

I needed some documents printed, notarized and emailed. Evan was the representative that helped me. Even though it was extremely busy he was patient, helpful and professional.I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Sending documents internationally. Much quicker and easier than at the post office. Great to have notary service available too. I had quick, efficient service and felt welcomed in the store.

To be honest I love this store. It’s a store I’ve worked at. No we are not perfect. No we are not robots. We make mistakes. We will defend ourselves if you confront us. So if you want the true European experience you will get it here. That being said we work fast and we will be super helpful if you respect us and will jump through hoops to help you if you truly show us love.

Mario at the UPS Store is amazing! He is so smart, kind, and thoughtful. He provided exceptional customer service and should be given a raise. The other person working there at the same time I went in was also amazing, he was going above and beyond with helping another customer.

I’ve returned many Amazon returns..though I know they are a pain.. because they have to box them before mailing them.. but they are always so kind to me when I bring them in. Always great customer service!!! Keep up the smiles!!

Richard and his staff are beyond excellent. I had called other UPS stores and at the end, only Richard had a solution for me. Richard was not only friendly, he went out of his to help me. On top of all that, I live out of state. I can only imagine how good this store’s service must be to local residents. Highly highly recommended store and staff.

After many frustrating trips to our extremely inefficient post office and having packages delivered up to a week later than they said, I started sending through UPS. I love this store, they are always friendly and helpful. It costs a little more than the post office, but my package is always there on the day they say it will be.

It’s surprising to see so many bad reviews. I have used this store 3 times in the past 2 months for various services. I have had nothing but good service and employees that made sure you were taken care of. Keep up the good work!

Nate, Michael, and Connor were extremely kind, efficient, helpful, and professional when I was in the store on 4/5/2021. I was there for about 10 or 15 minutes getting finger prints, downloading and printing emails, faxing information to the Nevada nursing board, and verifying receipt. I did not have an appointment and only walked in to ask a question! They took care of it all.

I stopped using this store a couple years ago because I wasn’t happy with the service. However, I started using it again because other locations weren’t as convenient. I was so happy to see new and friendly staff and I received much better, knowledgeable service.

Always a positive experience shipping things here.

The customer service that Sai and Tori provide is above and beyond - as I am sure everyone that works at this UPS location does as well. Not only did they take my phone call without having to be put on hold or "accidentally" hung-up on, Sai took the time to LISTEN to the reason for my call, take my number, and did what she said she would do after some research was done on her end - SHE CALLED ME BACK!

I know it's sad that I am surprised by something as simple as a call back, but in this day's provisions of "customer service", or lack there of, it's a breathe of fresh air when people actually do what they say they are going to do. Thank you Sai & Tori!

I needed to get my tax stuff to my out of town tax man.
Everybody I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I paid for 2 day service and it only took 1 day! Good jobs guys ...
