The customer service is always great. Very convenient location. Unfortunately it's a super slow location. The orders are always correct, ease of ordering is always great. Unfortunately the wait time is longer than most locations.

I was depressed fighting with my son, and I just happened to be next to Starbucks on Hershberger. Aside from me taking out frustration from my argument, the employees were nice 👍🙂 and the clean, spacious atmosphere had a peaceful ambience.

It is in the most perfect spot... just when driving becomes a chore, this place just beckons every motorist for a cup of fine roast to continue the road trip. The baristas were very pleasant and accommodating.

I went here today. I placed a mobile order which included a cup that had gone out of stock- obviously just an issue with an app and nothing caused by the employees. Jamey helped fixed the issue very quickly and was very kind.

I go to this Starbucks quite often just for the atmosphere and kindness of the employees who work there. I live in Henry, so this Starbucks is a good ways from me- but the drive is always worth it.

When I used to live here, I would come here almost daily. Jacob (per my memory) would always keep everyone in line making sure the orders were perfect. They really do their best at making all different types of orders even the tough ones. The bathroom is always clean and perfect when you’re traveling long distances like I would. Absolutely recommend this Starbucks for anyone passing by or who live here!

Sunday, May 1, 2022 around 10:39am - #PayingItForward #ExcellentService. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service extended to me on Sunday at the drive thru window. The young lady who gave me my order was very excited and happy when she informed me that the previous customer paid for my order - and it was at least $16. Thank you to that very thoughtful gentleman who paid for my purchase. Best treat for the 5 hour drive I had. Also, it was a very kind gesture and start to my birthday month. The gift that keeps on giving. I had to do the same for the person behind me. Being kind is always the "in thing" to do. Thanks Starbucks #PayingItForward

This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the area. I have ordered drinks by drive thru and in the dining room and my experiences have been consistent. They get the drinks to you fast, and the employees are always very upbeat and friendly, which I appreciate since I'm usually getting drinks on my way to work to deal with unfriendly impatient people, so a smile along with my caffeine fix goes a long way. My orders are usually pretty simple, cappuccinos, cold brews, or simply coffee. They are always consistent. Definitely recommend this location.

The staff is so accommodating! They were out of an ingredient, but made the drink taste amazing! Always fresh and taste good, friendly, and dressed appropriately!

This Starbucks made my day today.... and it was a challenging day. Sometimes, though, the heavens smile. I stopped and ordered a hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, but fate threw a curve and a cold one landed on the table.... when the server realized the mistake, he made a hot one and before he threw the other away asked if I wanted it anyway. Well, there you go.... nice, nice surprise, and with that kindness and eye to not being wasteful, I'll definitely be back to this Starbucks!
