Fleet Feet Roanoke

Conner is one of THE BEST young men I’ve ever met. It was our pleasure to deal with him and his knowledge is unmatched when it comes to shoes, feet, the body and his job. Our first visit ever to a Fleet Feet. We live 4 hours from the Roanoke store and happened to find it while traveling. Now because of Conner we will continue to go Fleet Feet for shoes back home IF they are as good as he is. If not, we will drive back to Roanoke to see Conner for our next purchase. Thanks again and Management, this young man deserves a raise.

I just left the store with my new shoes and inserts, and I cannot say enough good things about Don at Fleet Feet! He was nice, patient, and made selecting my shoes (after much trial and error) fun. He gave me good advice and I felt supported in my decisions, and he wasn't pushy at all. I'd recommend getting your feet evaluated by the crew at Fleet Feet, because the right shoe makes all the difference!

Great visit from start to finish. Personal touches throughout my time at the store. I felt cared for, educated and valued the entire time. From the first hello to the last thank you, every aspect of my visit was tailored to me and what would work best for my specific shoe needs, exercise requirements and beyond. They scanned my feet, taught me about how I walk, where my pressure points are and the 3D model helped me understand why I need specific shoe types. I felt educated, informed, valued and empowered. 10 of 10 experience. Will be back very soon.

Podiatrist recommended I check out Fleet Feet for new shoes as I am having foot problems. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff used technology to measure and determine what shoes would be best to help with my foot issues. Great selection of shoes/inserts for every situation. It was a pleasure doing business at the Roanoke store.

Great experience purchasing my sneakers. The salesman, Connor was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and patient. It has helped me a great deal with my problem with my left foot and toe due to a brace I am forced to wear everyday. The 60 day warranty is also appreciated.

Fleet Feet of Roanoke is the only place I get athletic shoes. Have good selection and service is always friendly and generous. Always a good atmosphere and nevere pushy. They have a great return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Anytime you place an order online, the feedback and quickness of delivery is outstanding. They've helped with finding the correct shoes to fix the foot pain as well as make it comfortable to be on your feet all day. Always super helpful each time me and my daughter go. They've even helped with finding appropriate tracks shoes for her and the correct spikes for track meets and cross-country events.

Excellent experience. They took time to learn about my running goals and match me with the perfect pair of shoes. It is a very personalized experience and you can tell the employees are knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Great customer service and product knowledge. Fleet feet isn’t your average shoe store. It’s an experience! Remember the old days when someone greeted you, took measurements of your foot then gave you the best fitting shoe you’d ever had? Yeah, that’s Fleet Feet. I WILL go back!

I went in with heel pain & plantar fascitis pain. Don was very welcoming and comfortable to talk with. He did a scan of my feet and asked me about my needs.He had me try on a couple different pairs of shoes to see which was the best for me.

I placed an order for sneakers online. The site was user-friendly. I received my order in a timely manner. I would recommend it.

What a great experience at the Roanoke store! I had never heard of fleet feet so when someone suggested that I stop in so I could try on some hokas, so I decided to try it out. I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet that have started giving me some problems so I wanted to get a good shoe for myself. I walked in and immediately someone greeted me at the door asking if I needed help, then proceeded to ask if I wanted to get my feet scanned. When I told her I didnt know anything about that, she said let me get someone to get you started. My memory is awful so I cannot remember the guys name who helped me but he was awesome! He was very patient and spent almost an hour with me. I tried on 5 different brands of shoes and he was really paying attention and helping me find the one that fit and supported my feet the best. We did end up finding a pair(not hokas!) and I had no reservations spending the money on them. I appreciated the time and help from him very much. I will definitely be going back there for any future purchases!

I went in to the Roanoke store yesterday my 1st time visiting your store. The Associate was very polite and helpful. She showed me exactly what I asked for and I agreed to do the Fleet Feet experience the next time I came into the store. I highly recommend your store.
