Outstanding service. Installation today was amazing. Excellent attention to detail. Was able to easily install a new oven with 1/8th inch clearance. Very respectful and careful.

Today was my first visit to Austin’s, because we are remodeling our kitchen. I have always used Lowe’s or Home Depot in the past, but never again. This was such a pleasant transaction—no begging for a sales associate to help you with the refrigerators, only to be told “I’ll try, but I’m from the paint department” or “we only deliver on this day at this time.” Super pleasant and VERY helpful. You get what you pay for.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Super pleased with the delivery and haul away service staff members as well. They were considerate and respectful of our home- Logan particularly was a pleasure to work with during the shuffling of appliances. Highly recommend

I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Austin’s and, after a couple of minor administrative glitches, it was delivered and installed very professionally. The installer, Chad, is a general contractor and clearly knows everything there is to know about installing dishwashers (Note to homeowners: this is not a DIY project!). Chad went about the installation smoothly, quickly and explained the basic functions of the dishwasher before leaving. He did a terrific job. A word about Austin’s: The firm is local and has an excellent reputation. The people I talked with on the phone couldn’t have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend checking out Austin’s before heading to the big box stores.

We came home from vacation to a dead fridge. We checked out Austin’s and we had such a great experience. They had a great selection and excellent prices! We are so happy with our purchase and their customer service can’t be matched. Highly recommend.

Bought a refrigerator from these folks. Delivery, setup and overall customer service was excellent. Unfortunately we found some dents in refrigerator, none caused by Austin's. No replacement refrigerator was available due to short supply but Austin's picked up refrigerator, refunded money and we were able to find a replacement refrigerator thru another company. We really liked the Austin's folks... They have fantastic customer service... We will definitely will be buying from Austin's any future appliance needs! Highly recommend!

Washer go boom 😭, but just had a wonderful experience with Tom at Austin's Appliance Center. Highly recommended! Free delivery, hook up, and haul away of our old gear. Locally owned too!

Just found out about this store recently. Bought a Maytag washer and now a Whirlpool dishwasher. Tom and Jodi are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very competitive with no big upcharge on delivery/installation/haul away. Why use a big box store when the local folks do it better? Highly recommend.

Austin’s is a great place to buy appliances. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and every time I have followed their advice it has been the right call. I also like the fact they have their own delivery people. They are professional and very careful when moving appliances through the house. Other stores contract out delivery and I have been disappointed on several occasions with inexperienced people causing damage. Finally, their prices are competitive with the big box stores. Much better service at the same or better prices.

I was referred to Austins by a friend and I’m glad I was. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, took great care of my home during delivery, and spent 30min with us explaining how to use and care for our new washer and dryer. I have since recommended them to others and just purchased another item for our kitchen.
They are competitive and most importantly there are no hidden charges for delivery, hoses, or wiring.

Give them a chance you won’t be sorry.

These people were great.

I was nervous and not sure of what I was doing. They could have said not my problem. They could have talked me into a repairman. ( They don't have )(I would have paid for it) they were patient and kind to someone having a bad year, walked me through an issue and solved a problem.

I just had the best experience with this company. The buying process was great. Tom was so informative and helpful. It is really hard and stressful to make a big purchase, but he made me feel very comfortable and that I made the right choice. I can not even begin to say how pleased I am with this service. Awesome guys that delivered my appliances. I could not ask for better. Bryan Dalton was so awesome. Everyone took the time to show me how to use the appliances and replace the filters. Austin's Appliance Center is great. I have a small home with tricky dimensions. I walked into the store and Tom had 3 refrigerator models on the floor that would fit my small space and I could physically handle to decide which one would be best. I definitely got a better fridge than I was anticipating because I didn't know I could get a french door refrigerator that would fit my space.

I also bought a stackable washer and dryer to fit in my tiny closet, Tom had multiple models that would fit on the floor for me to see. I came away extremely happy with the option he had available.

I was able to delay my installation with no hassle post buying and the men that came to install the products were clean and respective of my home. They took extra care to not scratch my newly finished wood floors and went the extra mile to get me set up right.

Prices are comparable to big box stores, but the customer service outshines all of them by far. I am so thankful a friend told me about Austin's and I will continue to praise their work and direct others to them as much as possible.

Absolutely would recommend these folks to anyone needing any appliances. Our 2nd washer and dryer set from the. Coley and his delivery crew were just amazing in the setup. Very precise in making sure we were happy before they left.

Great family owned appliance store. Many USA made appliances are in stock (or can be ordered). Associates are knowledgeable and helpful. We have bought several different appliances from Austin's since moving here over 5 years ago. Austin's is our "go to" for appliances.
