Huff Lane Park

Love this park! Beautiful flower garden upkept by the local neighbors! Always clean and well taken care of. The shelter has plenty of room - easily fits 50 people. Great walking trail.

I walk through this park all the time just to go to Walmart Target and etc

Another wonderful pocket park in Roanoke! The kids had lots of fun!

Very nice park tucked away mid city/neighborhood. Two ball fields, 1 tennis court, 2 basketball courts, street hockey set up, playground and picnic areas provides lots to do. Lots of shaded walkways as well. Can be crowded though on weekends/nice summer evenings.

Very nice park my daughter love to play here it's a safe environment and not a whole lot of traffic most days there are very few people here

Relatively small playground, but newish equipment in good shape. Nice picking shelter apparent to the playground with a water fountain. Good spot to bring kids for a short play time

Great park, always clean and kept up. Has a variety of ethnic groups and church goers and I've been pleasantly surprised that not one group gave me the side eye they all said hello. Been coming here everyday all day during the lockdown and the only problems are the unsupervised foul mouthed kids giving my people a bad name. Those kids are also surprisingly respectful when there parents are here. I'm new to Roanoke and I know every place has it's rift raft but you guys should pat yourselves on the back you guys are very respectful and pleasant. I'm from Vegas and you can go out for over a week and not get looked in the eye or said hello to. I'm only here because my mom is dying and I regret not coming sooner and honestly if a decent job becomes available I'm going to make this my home.

Huff Lane park is great, it is a small community part next to Valley view mall. I would suggest if you want to. Use the Pavillion to be there early. Huff Lane has 2 softball fields, a park, a Pavillion, two basketball courts, a tennis court(mostly used for street hockey). The only negative is parking. Lacks parking when there are events or something going on at the softball fields 7 months out of the year.

Love how it's right close to all the shopping and food, but still secluded enough that you don't have to really worry about the traffic.

Wonderful park with local families using it to celebrate birthdays and family gatherings. The basketball and soccer fields are being used as well, tennis is occasionally used. The park is well lit and in resonable walking distance from the neighborhoods in the area.

It has everything. Basketball court, tennis court, ball field, clean restrooms, covered pavilion with picnic tables, playground, huge grass covered fields, benches, portapotties, electric receptacles, grills.
On the bus line. Located across from valley view mail. Clean

The park is clean and has a picnic area under a pavilion. It has multiple slides and climbing areas for kids. We take our kids at least once a month when in the area.

It's very clean comfortable a real feel of Outdoors nature nature walk is great for loved one's family and friends most of all they have Nite security

Been a long time. People playing softball and tennis 🎾 Courts could use resurfacing this coming spring. Beautiful park...

We're planting new trees here that will, in the future, will allow the residents enjoy the shade and fun that are provided be trees.

Had a few hours to kill and looked for a shady place to park...Got to watch a great game of softball too..Nice park

Great place with nice playground for the kids. Also has tennis and basketball court, and baseball diamond.
