I came to Best Buy for a Geek squad appointment. The guy who assisted me was very nice and he saved me a lot of time by letting me know how Apple was handling Apple Watch software issues. I greatly appreciated the transparency. It’s great to finally have somewhere local that can service Apple products! I hope it stays this way so people don’t have to drive hours away just to drop products off.

IF I could give them 100 stars I would! I went in to get a computer and I was in a RUSH to get out b/c of not being able to drive at night. An employee told a manager, and one was helping me nearly instantly. I got what I went in for and Could NOT have asked for ANY BETTER service! They didn't push me into anything! I told the person what I was looking for and BINGO! We rather found it at the same time. Then I had to go to their Geek Squad to set it up! I thought, "Oh no! A wait?" NOPE! They got right on it knowing I can't drive at night! I was out within 2 hr. They were prompt, courteous etc. NO COMPLAINTS at All! Thanks to EVERYONE of you! I got a GREAT deal on what I went in for!

Good clean store with great deals. Good customer service for the most part and excellent geek squad. Well worth the money of membership. Sometimes, you have to ask them for help while inside the store, but once you have team members' attention, they usually get things done!! Overall, it is a great store for the community

We got a 75 inch TV for 649.00 for presidents day sale. Great price. Great service, and delivery. Very happy all the way around

I went to purchase a watch, and it was very successful. It was on sale. Galaxy watch 5 pro. The man who waited on me was the oldest man in the store. And he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Did order to be picked up. The guy who handled my order was nice! I had to call inside to see if they had a movie available. Which they didn't within 100 mile search. Lol the girl who took my call was professional and helpful

Priced matched a professional series ps5 controller to gamestop. Picked up a couple extra things there since they price matched. Great customer service!

Stopped to purchase a Power Station for our camper and the employee was very informative and helpful in deciding which one to purchase!

Go to best buy for your electronic needs. They have everything you could need here. As well as nice staff to help you along the way. They are very knowledgeable in the areas they work. They can answer all your question and if not point you in the right direction. I have never had to return an item from here. I had to call the geek squad a couple of times and they helped me with my technical related issues.

Showed up to buy a new phone 20 minutes before closing, nobody at the counter - left for the day. The manager came out of the office to help me and went out of his way to help me set up my phone a full 30 minutes after closing. Wish I'd caught his name. They may be thin on staff, but they understand the importance of keeping the customer's need up front... well done!!!

These guys need to have a phone option in their store. You can not call them directly. Even with the extension, they never answer. It's okay, though they make up for it with their awesome customer service in store and their price matching options. Let's go team blue.

I recently found out that “Best Buy” management accepts items for recycling like non-usable microwaves. The store’s recycle policy was what brought me to this location to specifically drop off a 30-year-old microwave that quit on me. Everyone I spoke with on the telephone was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store when I went there was immaculate with spacious aisles. The retail associates I spoke with were well-groomed, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to this “Best Buy” when I need to update electronics. It is best to call ahead about recycling items. The store does not accept everything.

Made an appointment for a sub/amp to be installed in my car yesterday, was told the installment would be about 2 hours, was there about 4 1/2 hours, which I didn’t mind because there was only two people working, and they were super busy! These two people did a great job on my vehicle installment. I’m super happy!

I'm lost when it comes to technology. I knew what I needed, but didn't know the best products to choose. The employees were on it! They helped with every question, demo, and helped us price match. Great service.

Megan and Cameron were both excellent and saved Best Buy my sale, which I would have otherwise cancelled due to the god awful call center customer service - if you need assistance go in person Best Buy would have permanently lost my business if not for these associates.

Had a misfortune with a tv a few weeks ago and had to purchase a replacement. Excellent customer service and not pushy about the television we bought or talking us into buying a not expensive one.

I had a problem with my New washing Machine No questions asked they swapped it out with a New one, no questions asked. Customer service is great

The Tech Crew are always willing to help me understand my new phone! I'm an older customer so I wasn't weaned on technology...we had dial phones and party lines!! Thanks everybody for helping me understand and increasing my confidence!

Had a great experience buying a new laptop. Andrew was so helpful helping me find the right one with the capabilities I needed. Then a week later I went in because my puppy had chewed the power cord. In trying to get a new charger we realized the laptop was not working properly so Andrew sent me to the Geek Squad where Brian got my laptop replaced. Excellent service!

5 minutes before closing, and they very politely helped me purchase a T.V.
