Only had time for a quick 20 minute chair massage but Susan was absolutely amazing!! She did so much in 20 minutes!! Highly recommend her and I will be back!

Excellent massage and staff. Best massage I’ve ever had. The masseuse here are super strong and will give a great massage. 30 minute massage here is much better than the 1 hour deep tissue massage I had at a Spavia. Don’t bother going anywhere else for a massage in Roanoke

Whenever I go to get massages, I make sure to get a lymphatic massage—it helps “drain” your body and clear toxins. I go when I feel bloated and am carrying a ton of water, gas, and stress. With that being said, Sarah delivered perhaps the best lymphatic massage of my life.

Her hand is a bit heavy (she’s strong af) —she focused on the stress spots on my back and neck while also draining my body! I was swallowing the lymph fluid constantly. She did an oil massage after a dry touch massage & added hot stones.

I walked out feeling like a new person like full of joy and relief. Some parlors just beat the ever living s out of you but this one is quality if you know what to ask for. I will be returning!

Lisa was really wonderful! I had my first massage here today and will definitely be going back. I booked my appointment online and noted that I wanted hot stones (which are free!?). Lisa asked if the pressure was ok and was able to notice and give a little extra attention to my chronically tense areas without me even pointing them out! I appreciate the intuitive touch and communication. The prices are very reasonable and I will be booking a longer appointment next time!

Just had a massage there and AMAZING! They focus on the knots on your body and tense areas. They really put the effort into making sure you are RELAX. So good I am considering going back tomorrow.

Ruth is truly gifted!!! My first time ever doing spa self-care & it was worth every dollar! I received a mini facial & aromatherapy full body massage with essential oils. I haven’t been able to lift my left arm above my head since 2020. Now I have full motion!!! Will be returning soon!

I went yesterday with a pinched nerve, all though ,they could fix it on one visit, omg they made me feel pain free, and they were so awesome, so I'm going back this week , they give a 10 visit free card and bottle water, I was a bit taken aback, when she told me to take off all of my clothes but my panties, and gave a sheet to wrap myself, but I totally get, you can't get it right with clothes on , you really must go here they ROCK!!! I WENT DOWNSTAIRS FOR YEARS ,NEVER AGAIN,

Ruth was awesome. Alot of neck, lower back pain and she worked those out. Left feeling awesome and loved it. She was very professional and asked several times if I was OK and if it was to much pressure. I will be going back

This is a fantastic place to get a massage! I have massaged here for many years, I am a constructor, and too tired and many pain everyday, but they are professional to know where to massage, I had nots, and it has gone with their amazing massage that I had never got from other Spas. A very different massage place from any other spas in Roanoke. I highly recommend!
