If I called them, I always needed leave message. But they called back in short time.

I want to post this because my friend who is very nice doesn’t want to discus her insurance with the owner of this office at lake city, Margaret wang, at the first month my friend get charge $ 163.43, second month plus shelter in place payback . Second month 140.20 plus 1.50, third month 158.17, plus 164.94+1.50 same month !!!!
Fourth month was 217.67+1.50 plus 73.08. Is been up. Raising prices. She is Not happy at all / I give her my personal insurance that I have / she gets better deal, better costumer services! My friend she receive many calls from her because she want her to change her review !! So here I am to potes because bad review help people to don’t get surprises if you decide to get insurance here !! Up to you !!
I will help my friend to get her money credit because this is fraud !!! BIG FRAUD !!!!

Avoid this person. Once you make a claim, they can double your insurance premium!!! If you just make an inquiry, they will record it as a claim. Honest advice: Find another insurance agent.

The rep is not knowledgeable at all. if you wanna save some money, they don't really customize your need. just input your info to the system. seems like no enthusiasm.

Most of time no one available in the office to pick up the phone calls.
