Fred Meyer

The absolute nicest people work here. They’ve cleaned up the parking lot, however at a price. Now full time security everywhere and even nail polish is locked up. I hope things get better - it’s important we keep shopping here so it does!

To start, ample parking and car charging spots. Add to that a great pharmacy staff that will figure out insurance SNAFUs. 12 self serve checkouts. Discounted items throughout the store. Over 1000 Sq ft of produce. 100% friendly staff. There is nothing to dislike, except the sting of vaccines... got like 4 there. So cool.

Bartells is gone. This neighborhood needs Fred Meyers, we can't just have Grocery Outlet as the only option... wishing it would go out of business is silly. The store is fine, just suffering from the same issues as elsewhere in the city.

Very large inventory of market goods and home stuff, too. I use all their coupons and digital specials to save money. It's where I do almost all my shopping. Overall quality is good.

It is an amazing store! The main floor is their food section, including pet foods and basic household toilet paper and laundry soap, but they also have an entire kitchen area that includes cookware dishes, serveware appliances. They have a bedding and bath section that has everything you could possibly want they have furniture. Upstairs are toys and sports equipment and when you go outside, there is the garden shop! The upstairs has its own separate parking area with easy access. The downstairs has its own parking area with easy access. Security is on the payments on both levels. There’s lots of parking the staff was friendly. The fresh food is delicious and check out is quick.

Perfect to buy daily stuff to home, good prices. You really need in your life the rewards card! Good customer service

I don't know how many managers there are in this store, but there is one person I see on the floor who is always happy to help with anything. If I were the district supervisor or general manager of this Fred Meyer I would be nervous about my job because he deserves to be the one to train everyone in this state. He never once gave me the vibe that he was just there to do a job, but he always has a nice smile and there is just something different about this manager. I hope he is the manager because he was the only one wearing a button up shirt. (Quite tall) I hope to get his name next time, so maybe Fred Meyer higher ups will see this and reevaluate his position and give him the place he deserves. I hope it happens when I move because it would be a shame to lose someone so great while I still live in the area.
The whole store feeds off this guy because time and time again I have yet to have a stressful moment trying to get someone's attention for help. You know when you have that gut feeling you got a good one in your company? If I were the CEO or anyone who has the power to move people around he would be the one I would be observing for promotion. Fred G. Meyer would approve of this.

This is my favorite grocery store around town I live 25 minutes away now and I gladly travel once a week for my big buy. The sushi was amazing today. The staff is always kind and helpful thank you so much

Sounds strange to say, but the sushi here is fantastic.
Other than that, it’s a pretty standard Fred Meyer and has had all the general grocery and home goods I’d expect.

Go thru Kengo's lane if you want your groceries to be bagged with TLC (tender loving care). Kengo safely bagged my eggs and potato chips so that they wouldn't be crushed enroute to my home. Kengo packed and organized my meats versus produce!

Always has such a wide variety of food, clothing, and other necessities. Has fresh cooked food as well that tastes delicious. We do all of our grocery shopping here and have never been upset

It has been great to see our local Freddie's grow over the years, even throughout the pandemic they went through a makeover that has made the produce section more spacious and the aisles much better organized with readable labels, much less chaotic. Produce quality has gotten better over past years. They sized down the furniture area and the new floor design's easier to navigate. They're not a Metropolitan market and don't pretend to be. The staff's always helpful and some have been there for many years. They've pulled in security as needed and that occasional presence helped reduce problems. Kudos to the management, we know it's not easy but you are making great improvements.

I love this Fred Meyer because it is within walking distance from my apartment. The store is well-stocked and cleaned with a good selection of products. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the cashiers. Checkout is fairly quick, even on holidays and weekends. The supervisors seem to care about the staff as far as I have seen.

I bought a lazy boy type chair here and Ahmed and Zheed were extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me to get it to fit in my car. Thanks so much!

Very nice local chain grocery store although somewhat dated. Good selections and best prices on groceries, foods and produce. Love Fred Meyer, my first go to for all grocery needs. Can't go wrong here. Not exactly in a best neighborhood though, lots of homeless and sketchy people hanging outside around the area. I wouldn't shop here at night.

This Fred Meyers just hired a new produce manager that is much different then the previous manager. What I mean is, he doesn't shy away from the unconventional fruits and vegetables, when it is time for purchasing. He makes very bold and exciting choices. I have had nothing but very enjoyable experiences when I visit this specific Fred Meyers for mostly this reason. Who doesn't appreciate a large exotic selection, at a much less expensive price? I hope this helps...
