Terrific store. Great selection, being a carnivore the meat department was heaven. Asked for two large cuts of chuck roast and they did it. Terrific store. Will go here from now on, and I'm not even from the neighborhood.

A great Safeway! Every time I go it is fully stocked, and gorgeous. The flora department here is BEAUTIFUL! There’s a lways something to choose from, for any occasion. The produce is always great and there is SO much variety. The employees have always been incredible. I’d rather be here than Fred Myers or the QFC’s near by.

Love this location I’m here almost everyday for the most part they always have what I need, but sometimes produce is out of some veggies. But they been in stock of everything lately so you know I’m coming back

Wherever Safeway's is there freedom completes all wishes. I love humanity with propitiate selections while routine peace witnessed and governed with responses.

At first glance assumed employees were rude unapologetic unhelpful and misinformed, but upon getting to the checkout counter I had the chance to experience an amazing, helpful, informed and supportive young black man whom did a tremendous job with us and even went out of his way in doing his job for us. So, I owe that young man #1) an apology #2) a tip on my/our next trip there. Keep up the great job Kroger

In a word, friendly! The customer service at this place is off the chart, from the produce guy to the butcher to the bakery manager to the checkers, both at self-service and cashier checkouts.
Also, let me sugar corrupt you and recommend the bakery packages of 8 fresh baked chocolate croissants for a mere $5. I toast them at 375 degrees for 4 minutes.

Starbucks barista: Young woman wearing hijab, I’m sorry , I was so drained walking around the massive store, hence the thought didn’t cross my mind to ask your name. You were a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Superstar barista as well. I appreciate your wonderful service, kindness, and compassion. I’m assuming she is already a manager. If not, she’s definitely will reach that path soon one day.

Overall, the store seems friendly, clean, and a positive atmosphere, or vibe. Even, the young white gentleman “cart specialist” treated me with utmost respect. Thank you!

My only reservation is the Starbucks chairs in the lounge area are uncomfortable, small, and not meant for people above 160 pounds. I have serious back issues, and I had to improvise by sitting on the edge of the fireplace. I’m definitely not risking it in those chairs 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Great convenient place to shop, wide selection and the bakery department staff are amazing. They made specific things for me while I waited.

The Pinehurst Safeway is wonderful, the employees are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is awesome, they text me to let me know when my prescriptions are ready. I also received a few vaccinations from the pharmacists there and she was wonderful. I've been shopping here for over 6years and I've had great experiences.

Good variety, shelves kept stocked, store is clean. They offer home delivery, with $20 off your first order!
The floral area has never looked better, due to Valentine's Day💕! Fragrances and so many colors remind us of the upcoming Spring Equinox.
They also have pretty bunches of mylar balloons of all shapes & sizes

Yeah, local Safeway, always friendly, open late, your feeder since young childhood, one grocery store I don't really have any complaints ever, I love your meatloaf and fresh bread, I can taste it now while writing this letter and thinking good things about Safeway

Their bags should have handles, or at least give us the option to use bags with handles. Other than that its a pretty safe and clean.

This is the best Safeway I have ever shopped at. It is never crowded no matter what time I shop there. There is never more than 3 people in the checkout lines. Staff members are friendly and extremely helpful. The produce section is always well stocked. They have an excellent bakery and deli section. The parking lot is never full, I always find a parking space. I never have to drive around to find an open parking stall. I always go out of my way to shop this Safeway.

The only issue I have with this store is the restrooms are not routinely cleaned. There is a homeless person issue in the area. They usually use the restrooms to conduct their personal hygiene and leave a filthy mess. There is usually no paper towels to dry your hands and toilet paper is scattered around the floor. The lighting inside the restrooms is minimal and the floors are filthy.

I was in here last week to have some balloons inflated. At first I was told it would be a 2 hour wait since it was a large order and they were a little backed up, but they got another employee over and did it then and there in under 10 minutes. I really appreciated it and the staff was really nice. They arranged the balloons in such a pretty way and put a giant bag over them for protection. As I was fumbling out of the store with my giant baloon bouquet I knocked over a fancy planted orchid. I was so embarrassed! A supervisor was walking by just then and came to start cleaning up. I apologized profusely and offered to pay for the damage but he shrugged it off and said it happens more than you think. Very friendly and helpful staff at this location.

A safer grocery store parking lot to exit out of one's car. Found the item I needed & was our the door quickly. Both gentlemen on staff that I spoke to were most helpful.

Store has a hot food deli. Ready made special cakes and pastries. Fresh produces and I love the Starbucks being in store. Can do my shopping and grab a special made coffee on the way out. Yea!!

Was on my way to friend’s house for potluck and a grill. Safeway had a sale on mini lobster tails, and I was running late. So I called the seafood Dept and asked if I could get 9 packed to go when I got there. The manager immediately said “no problem” and took my name. 10 minutes later, I was there and 5 minutes after that I was checked out and on my way. Not only was I on time, but they were the absolute hit of the party!!!!!! Special thanks to the attentive service and great attitude for sure!!!
