Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Went today for the first time to pickup 2 prescriptions that had been on hold due to a change in my Medicare Advantage provider. They hadn’t been filled but Brenda kindly offered to do so while I picked up a few items in the store. In less than 10 minutes I was on my way out! Thank you Brenda for your kindness and great customer service. It was much appreciated.

All of the folks that I have met at Harris Teeter pharmacy in Hendersonville have been nothing but good to me.
They have worked extra and went above the call of their job to save me money on my prescriptions. A friend told me about them about 3 years ago when he informed me he was getting the same amount and dose of medicine every month for about $21 dollars where as mine was costing me $89 dollars at Wal mart. The ladies were actually nice to me at Harris Teeter where the workers at Wal Mart just kept getting more rude and hateful every time I had a question.
I actually hope I'm not screwing myself by giving a good review because I don't want to loose the awesome personal business relationship with these folks if a lot more people start coming there because of the great treatment. Thank you all at Harris Teeter pharmacy. You guys are awesome!!!

I have used Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Hendersonville, NC for many years. The staff have always been very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!

Love Harris Teeter Pharmacy. I have moved further away and may have to change. I don't understand closing for lunch with several people working in the pharmacy. Keep the pharmacy open, stagger the lunch breaks. I've been there numerous times and had to leave because of closing at 2:00. Ralph B.

You sign in to the H-T website and they require you to sign in again to the pharmacy site. Very confusing.

Look me and my family I’ve done business with this pharmacy for years. According to feeling pharmacist and technicians, the manager, suppose he runs a tight ship. My terminologies is that she is rude has very little customer service and there’s not treat customers employs the way they would want to be treated. It doesn’t have to be this way. If you’re stressed or you don’t enjoy your job or you don’t like your employer go somewhere else. But coming in and making everybody miserable it’s not right. I have found most pharmacist are very arrogant. A lot of them think they are doctors. They are not. I don’t care if they have Pharm.D. after the name of not.

On the website it states the pharmacy doesn't close until 9pm Well just incase you desperately need your medication, you should know the pharmacy actually closes at 8pm!!!!! THE MISINFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED!!!!!!
Also, my Dr had called in my medicine at 5pm, I get to the pharmacy at 730 and the pharmacist has no idea what I was talking about. My Dr left a message to have the pharmacy fill my medication. The negligent pharmacist didn't check the messages. Now I'm not able to get my medication. This is unacceptable! Also, I planned on using my RX card to get a discount on my medication, and they don't even carry the medicine I need!!!! They said it was either out of stock, or they simply didn't carry it. WHICH ONE IS IT?? Even though it's advertised through good rx that they offer a discount through Harris Teeter Pharmacy for my medication, they still don't have it. Take your business else where, this place is a NIGHTMARE!

Pharmacy directs people to the website for covid vaccine appointments but it doesn't seem to be possible to sign in to the pharmacy without a prescription to fill -and there's no readily visible tab for the vaccines. A little clarity would go a long way, y'all

The pharmacist here was suppose to fill my insulin. When I get there she says it’s not been called in. I call my doctor and they said that it had been called in, that they left a voicemail. There closed now and I can’t get my medicine. What kind of pharmacy doesn’t know how to check messages? This type of inconsideration is what causes people to end up in the hospital. I hate this place if I could give it negative reviews I would.

Horrible service. Would not listen to either the doctor nor pharmacist from the doctors office. They have lost my business permanently.
