Storage Sense - Hendersonville

Del is the BEST storage manager i have experienced at any storage facility. She is an asset to this company. Also Ray who has filled in. Good rates and clean location.

I rented a regular storage unit that was not climate controlled. It was very clean without any leaks during rains and none of my belongings were affected by moisture even during the hot, humid summer months. Del, the manager on duty, was always knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely recommend these units.

Dell is kind, thoughtful, helpful, professional and graceful in how she deals with people. I am a returning customer. Dell is consistent and dependable serving her clients.

Ms. Del was so easy to work with and helped me find the unit I needed. When I need to change she was helpful in finding a unit close to the one I had to make it easier to move to a bigger unit.

Had some problems with the website (it wasn't very mobile-friendly) so I decided to finish the rental in-person. Before I could even put down my phone, the manager (Del) was calling me to tell me that she could see the reservation. She answered a few questions & I finished it when I arrived. It was an easy process but, honestly, it would not have gone as smoothly had it not been for her customer service experience. (Yes! Customer service DOES still exist!)

The manager Dale, made getting another unit here easy and quick. She did everything she could to find discounts for me and gave me a few tips as well. I have worked with Zack too, the assistant manager and they are both easy to work with.

The manager at this location is such a kind lady, a true gem.

Easy check in. My unit was well located and super clean and a great value. Would definitely rent from here when and will tell friends and family to come here for their storage needs.
