I was very impressed with the assistance and outstanding customer service I received from Marketing Representative Sandi Franks regarding a business liability policy I acquired from State Farm. She was very thorough with the policy coverages and limits. She answered all of my questions in a professional and courteous manner. She even took my payment over the phone to save me time logging into my account. I would definitely recommend the Matt Gambrell Agency to anyone who wants excellent customer service and a positive insurance experience.

I am an out of state homeowner of a residential vacation property in beautiful
North Carolina. My initial insurance agent
provided coverage for liability and fire through two separate companies and was unable to provide theft insurance even though the property is secured by ADT with cameras. I was charged a maximum amount for minimal coverage.
