They have different flavored Saki. Sushi was actually some of the best since moving to DFW area. Combo fried rice was terrific. Definitely recommend this place for any type of gathering. They even cater.

I honestly have no clue why this place doesn't have a 5 star rating across the board synonymously. Guess you can't account for the incredibly stuck up bubble that Coppell-ians are infamously known for in these parts. Anyways, in regards to Zena. I've been going here for a couple years now since I gave it a shot since it was sushi. And boy was that the BEST decision I ever made. Not only is the owner, (KJ) a completely wonderful hard working guy. He's the head sushi chef along with his Wife, waiting tables. Couldn't be more set up for success with them two. It's a incredibly gracious and welcoming atmosphere given off family style by the family that owns it. But I haven't even gotten to the best part yet. The sushi is some of the VERY BEST I've ever had in my life. Lots to choose from and other dishes as well that actually challenge me in thinking about not even getting the sushi I initial came for. (And that's saying a lot.) KJ is an outstanding and about as amazingly professional with his rolling skills, but he's brought in a little Hispanic guy along with him. They're always there and I've never seen nor had a Hispanic person, roll me sushi. So I was atleast q little weary to say the least. Long story short, he's made me every single roll since that day. Lol just outstanding, 10/10 this is the only review telling everything that's the truth. People have odd reasons to poo poo greatness. And if you saw the sheer amount of crab these guys put in their rolls, you'd agree. Trust me it's the most I've ever seen. High quality premium fish, herbs. The whole nine yards. I hope I never have to witness a day they close their doors, especially here in Coppell. ( The only sushi place in the entire city.) Shocker.. I know. I will single handed keep Zena Sushi in business, so no need to worry. Did I forget to mention, I'm on the way there as I speak. ;) IT'S THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD. BARE NONE. (And ladies and Gentlemen, that's really saying a lot.) I AM A SUSHI FIEND!!! Everyone that just so happens to be in the area, and are wanting a sushi roll or two, GIVE ZENA a shot. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! IT'S THAT AMAZING! :)

Delicious and fresh were my first thoughts. There was a couple with their children and when asked if everything was good, the man answered, "as always". A local gem. I had the tuna roll and salmon avocado roll and the quality was evident. My only regret is that they aren't closer to home (by 1500 miles)!

Sushi was very good. Ordered spicy shrimp rolls, On the border rolls & mix tempura (shrimp & veggies). Ambience was pretty chill with traditional decorations all over the restaurant. Rolls were fantastic & flavourful. Everything was fresh. Affordable pricing & decent portions. Zena sushi is definitely added to my favourite list. Staff was welcoming & friendly. Service was exceptionally fast.

My new favorite Japanese restaurant! The sushi is wonderful and the dumplings! I am picky about my egg rolls and theirs I have had 3 days in a row this week!! They are so good! The customer service is great as well! Fast and good.

The prices are not bad either. And, their lunch specials can't be beat for the amount of food you get.

They have amazingly delicious sushi! Prices are good, especially for the quality of the food they serve. They even did a custom spicy tuna roll for me. Not many places allow that. The staff was really friendly as well. Very nice dining setting, peaceful and casual.

Amazed! Great service, and excellent food! We are sushi lovers and always go to the same places. But wanted to try this place and we were very pleased! As an appetizer we choose the "Avocado Bomb" which is fantastic! I ordered the "Caterpillar roll" & the Cream cheese roll, both awesome! My husband got the beef bulgogui which came served in a hot skillet with fresh mushrooms and onions meat was awesome! Our daughter got the "Orange chicken" which was good and very well served. My mom ordered the "Eel bowl" which came served just with white rice *other places serve it with Avocado and crab meat but it was good. Our check was around $92 for the four of us fair enough (no alcoholic drinks were ordered) Atmosphere is great, and service prompt and servers very polite. We will definitely be back!

My family has gone here for years now and have always loved it. It’s great sushi for a great price. It’s always a go to for occasions and the other night my husband was picking up a big order for a birthday. Well he dropped about half of the sushi and the restaurant replaced it all no charge. I insisted on paying and they wouldn’t let me. They didn’t have to do that especially during COVID where they have probably been affected big time. Just goes to show why this will always be a family favorite and what kind of people are behind this establishment.

Sushi combo A plate weather is the lunch or dinner one is the the best one, it has 8 California rolls and 6 chef choice of sushi which usually is 2 tuna, 2 salmon, and 2 shrimp / eel (lunch). There's a big selection from the menu as well and they also do tempura on some items.

Love this place! Excellent shrimp fried rice. Hot Stone Bowls are wonderful as well. Love the fried beef dumplings. Sons rave about their sushi! Friendly staff. Affordably priced. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Super clean, friendly staff and very outgoing owner. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant! We arrived for a late meal after work. Surprisingly the sushi was incredibly fresh, large rolls and they were not rushing us out the door! Highly suggest this place you must give this sushi a try!! You will not be disappointed!

My dinner was excellent and the service was wonderful. One of the servers was new and wasn't too familiar with what was on the menu yet, but not her fault. I spoke to another and received the info I wanted. No biggie. Looks like they have great lunch options. I saw some things I will definitely want to try another time. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! Love the food and love all the people that work here! Great service. I used to come on a weekly basis but can't go as much any more. But best Sushi around hands down!

So good. The roll combo lunch special is hard to beat. Great history here as well. This was one of the first businesses to allow service to aftican americans during the 1960s civil rights movement and they should be applauded for that

I usually don't rate or post about any restruant, but this restaurant deserves it. Food is great, staffs are even better. Get their avocado bomb, it's the greatest thing I've ever had, and their sushi is on point. Can't go wrong here.
