Sara and altoria are the nurses who helped me. They kept me very entertained and nice. I would return if in sick just to see them!

Let’s face it, Monday morning for any business is not the time to call and feel valued, but this amazing woman Altoria answered the phone with such love and professionalism that it made me pick this urgent care to take my sick son too.

She went above and beyond to help me make my appt when I couldn’t get it to work on my computer, she shared info on pricing and you could tell she truly cared about my concern as a mother living in a new place coming to a new doctor.

If anyone gets the honor to meet the medical assistant Altoria S. you will know you’re in great hands!

I was traveling to the DFW area for work and started to feel badly the evening I arrived. The next day I went to Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care located in Coppell, TX.

First of all, when I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a few of their employees. Heather quickly confirmed that I had an appointment and escorted me back to a room. I was shocked at how quick and efficient it was. My nurse practitioner was Neena and she was wonderful. Very compassionate and explained everything to me regarding me diagnosis and treatment.

I am wish we had these urgent care locations in the Nashville area. However, if I am ever in the DFW area and in need of urgent care, I know where I will go.

Wonderful, amazing, thoughtful and caring care from the front desk, nurses station and doctor. They truly care about your health, getting you better and also managing your time and care while in their facility. The entire facility is kept clean and vibrant. They also conveniently have a pharmacy kiosk that is very simple and quickly can your medicine in one stop. Their portal is linked with Texas Health and UTSW for facilitating care and results. Highly recommend for quality care!

I had a straightforward laceration that looked like it needed a few stitches and decided to try this place as they were close, in-network and affiliated with my primary care facility. This proved to be a great choice as the service was outstanding. If you have a medical condition that's in their scope to handle I can highly recommend these folks!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather greeted me and without an appointment she ensured I was comfortable during my wait and assisted with their unique coffee machine. I waited for about 35 minutes in the lobby but was given the option to leave and return later. The manager, Adam, came out of his office several times to check on staff and greet new patients. The nurse practitioner, Stephanie, was knowledgeable and kind. Following the appointment I was directed to the pharmacy machine in the lobby. I spoke to a pharmacy tech and pharmacist through a video chat on the machine. Shortly afterwards, my medications were dispensed from the machine including all paperwork for side effects and instructions. An exceptional experience nestled just a few blocks away from Legacy Urgent Care/ER, where the care and services were underwhelming and unprofessional. The patient experience at Texas Health Breeze Coppell will leave you partly excited to return.

I came in mid panic attack after cutting off the tip of my finger just 20 minutes before closing time. They calmed me down and even had me laughing. Everyone was so warm-hearted and professional and provided excellent medical care. Then today, 6/5, I received a phone call just to be checked up on. Very thoughtful! The three women working the evening of 6/2 are amazing. I wish this could be my primary care!

Absolutely adore everything about this urgent care - wish they could be our family’s primary care. All staff are very friendly and understanding, and appointments are always smooth and efficient. They take the time to answer any questions, and genuinely care and show it. They are very accommodating and understanding as well. If you’re ever in need of urgent care, you will not be disappointed here.

I really had a great experience here. The reservation and check-in process was very easy. The inside was very nice and clean. All of the people I came in contact with were nice and helpful. My concierge and NP were knowledgeable and considerate of my symptoms. Overall best urgent care experience I've had. I would definitely use again if I needed to go to urgent care.

This was my first time visiting and I will definitely reccomend. I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately. Karley and Estela were wonderful. They were very thorough with trying to figure out what was going on. I wasn't left in the room alone more than a few minutes before either one of them returned. The x-ray tech was great as well. I have never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly especially considering I had multiple tests done. The pharmacy kiosk is a great concept considering you don't have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy.

This is by far the best Urgent Care I’ve ever visited. From Heather who answered my call with courtesy to all of the staff I came in contact with. Dolly greeted me at the door as she saw I was struggling and continued to be courteous. Estela was awesome as well. Last but not least Stephanie (NP) understood my medical needs and was kind and courteous. She explained the medication she prescribed and was thorough with my exam. Thank you ladies for all you do! P.S. Timing was impeccable and I will be visiting again when/if any future urgent care needs arise.

I was miserable when I went in! But the staff, the nurses and the doctor were all so sweet and nice and understanding! I was in so much pain and discomfort that I was crying and I kept apologizing, and they just said "don't apologize, you don't feel good at all!" They found out I had strep and set me up with some antibiotics. I feel so much better! The entire place was spotless and they were so quick even though they were booked! And the pharmacy kiosk was awesome! I didn't have to worry about driving to pick up my meds! Please don't ever change! If I could have hugged them, I would have!

I received fast, professional, and outstanding care at this location. Nayeli, the Nurse Practitioner that saw me, provided a thorough examination, answered all of my questions, and did a full review of my medical history. I felt much better about my condition after leaving the clinic. Being able to pick up my prescriptions there, too, is an extremely convenient bonus.

Best urgent care experience I've had as an adult! I was able to book an appt online in the same morning, but they take walkins too. When I walked in, I was immediately taken to a room and given care. Nurses and Dr. were very friendly and helpful, got me what I needed quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend. Cost was very reasonable and caps at $185 for cash price. It was lower for me with insurance (about $50), but having had to be cash pay before, I appreciated the transparency on cost (can be seen on their website). Heather was particularly wonderful!

I first came in because my general physician didn’t have availability to see me for 3 days and I had just injured my wrist. I didn’t want to go to the ER but I couldn’t wait 3 days. When I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately. They made me feel right at home and assisted me with X-ray, a splint, and medication all in house in a timely manner. I was taken care of and able to head back to work right away thanks to their expert care. Highly recommend this location.

This is probably one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had! The staff is so helpful and friendly! I was seen quickly and even was able to get my meds from the kiosk before leaving. No waiting at the pharmacy! Breeze is amazing, I highly recommend!

First of all, the location was beautiful, clean, and calm. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was called back at 2:31. Wow! The nurses, Sara and Ciara, were so sweet and helpful. I was having a rough day with my foot due to the bleeding and insurance issues. Rebecca and the nurse were very sweet to talk me through everything. Would totally recommend.

Thanksgiving day I woke up, thinking I had the flu and not only was a Breeze open, but even though the staff was overloaded, due to other places being closed, they were so helpful and kind and caring! I was especially impressed with Jessica who brought me back at my appointment time and quickly did the tests while she was logging all my information in to make the process go faster due to such a long wait list in the lobby. I would definitely recommend Breeze urgent care!

I like this Urgent Care very much you can make appointments ahead and no unnecessary waiting to be seen.
Personal are nice and compassionate. And if you need a prescription after your visit there is an automatic dispenser on site.
