I went in to pick up an order that hadn't actually been sent, but to determine that, one employee did a thorough search of all recent orders-- on the shelf and in the computer. Work resent it with a pick-up date for the next day. I confirmed with another employee to make sure the order was really in this time, and they said, "I think I can save you a trip back. Can you wait 15 minutes while I print these for you now?" After a frustrating day, these employees showed such kindness, compassion, efficiency, and work ethic that it turned my day around! THANK YOU!

Went there to return a package and everyone was very nice. The manager was very patient with me (forgot her name). All other employees in the store seemed to be wearing an "In training" label on their shirt. They were all very nice and I felt good after the small interactions I had with them.

Worked with Buddy. Was patient and helped us choose paper after printing samples of what our order would look like on each. Definitely appreciate his expertise and advice!

I had intended on using my own paper for my self-service prints, and the team was very helpful with instructing me how to do that. When there was a malfunction with my files (which was of my own fault), the store manager came to help and patiently helped me get all the cards printed correctly. This was a very stressful project for me, and their patience and help really meant a lot. I couldn't recommend this store and team enough.

Extremely nice employees and quick service! I did go on a weekday afternoon so I'm sure it's busier after work, but had a great experience here.

Every time I come in here the folks behind the counter are SO kind and friendly! Yesterday I worked with someone, I didn't get his name but the receipt said Carlos? Anyway, I messed up ordering my print and he helped me get it fixed. He was excellent and such an understanding person! Highly recommend visiting this location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Aside from my own positive experience with the person who helped me. I also observed other staff go out of their way to make other customers experiences easier. Was a breath of fresh air.

I have printed so many things here—sheet music, flash cards, photos, resumes, you name it and every single time its been so lovely because of the people who work here and how quick they are to help. The people who work here are SO helpful, SO nice, and SO knowledgeable and they make an otherwise tedious or intimidating task less daunting. Thank you FedEx staff!!❤

I e-mailed two PDF files to be printed. When I arrived, I gave the woman my name and she asked how many copies. I told her one of the one file on 32LB super-bright (color copy) and one of the other file on plain paper (black & white).

In about 15 seconds they were ready and looked perfect! I told her that I needed to cut and laminate them as well and though I have used the cutting board there before, I needed help with the "self-laminating" machine.

She came over and told me a little about hot to use the machine. I cut all my pieces of paper and then realized I still needed some more specific help. Another guy came over and helped me promptly. Then toward the end David G was very friendly and asked if I needed anything else. I told him I needed them hole-punched and ring-binded and asked if they sold the rings there. He said for that service I'd have to leave them and come back. I explained to him that I don't mind doing it myself and he showed me the rings hanging on the shelf. He rung me up on another register and I was on my way.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I knew I was in good hands.

I've been to this location several times before for simple print-jobs and always been taken care of very well also!

They were really helpful & helped in taking newborn passport photo.

I've been visiting this place for all my printing and shipping needs for the last year. The self-serve printers are in good condition. The staff have been very helpful in case I'm unable to print certain types of documents myself.

I was there yesterday afternoon for a label print (an unusual one, for consulate) and even if the employee couldn’t find the problem that enabled me to get this particular label, he tried very hard and was really super helpful and nice.
At first I was a little worried to go there when I read the reviews, but I had a very good customer experience.
My problem is now solved thanks to the phone number he gave me and his helpful informations.

The guys at this FedEx store are the best. I frequently have packages redirected here for pickup, and it is so convenient. The store is clean, well run, and efficient. Parking just outside the store can be a little tight at busy times, and know that you can also park for free in the garage under Metropolitan Market.

So I thought I had sent in my order to have my 300 page review packet for my Nurse Practitioner course sent in to print and be ready in 2 days... Big job and desperately needed. Of course, between handling work, a master's program, and home life I completely forgot to finish submitting the job. I get to FedEx 2 days later and of course they don't have it cause I forgot to send it. 😵
Thank God for Jackson B. He had me send the files and got it printed and ready within 30 minutes, all while helping to manage the needs of many other people who came in. He's a life saver cause my review course starts tomorrow... Even better he was very understanding, helpful, and even laughed with me about being so frazzled and disorganized.

I'm always had a good experience coming to this location. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Today I went with a bunch of different requests and both John and Seth were very helpful. Said went over and beyond to help me patiently even though it was past closing time. I noticed that Seth and John helped other clients in the same friendly way as they did with me.

Went in earlier today to get something returned and liked how they have computers readily available for printing out labels. Lord knows I need a printer but Id only use it to print return labels. lol. One of the employees was being super patient with an elder women who had no clue how to use the Internet. I don't see why all the bad reviews. Maybe the people being reviewed about don't work there anymore?

I love this FedEx office! They’ve always practiced safe protocol, keeping social distancing in place throughout the building & mask mandates for employees. Customer service is always excellent and my visits have always been quick & efficient. This location is also welcoming to leashed dogs!

The staff are friendly and cooperative. All my queries were answered patiently. The turnaround time for print jobs is great.
