Very well maintained Indian Grocery store with fresh fruits and vegetables. Love their fresh snacks and mainly the Chaat Express which is located within Gandhi Bazar.

You can also go for grocery shopping and have your chaat too. There are many organic products and one good thing which I like is they DON’T USE PLASTIC . YOU CAN GET YOUR OWN BAG OR THEY PROVIDE YOU CARTONS. Since this store is inside a complex there is plenty of space for parking.

Very well maintained, neat and clean place (read: it doesn’t smell). It’s small but has almost all the things that one might require in terms of groceries especially for making Indian foods and snacks.

Everything you would ever need to cook amazing Indian cuisine. Expect large bulk rice or all brands and sizes as well as flour in all sizes and types. Fresh produce is good quality and the frozen section has good assortment of Indian items. Appetizer section is very good.

Great selection of organic produce. Reasonable prices for hard to find items.

Always a favorite. One of the first Indian stores in the Austin area. They have a good selection of items and the vegetables are fresh as well. They even have a dine-in vegetarian restaurant inside the store.

A very nice Indian grocery store, the store manager takes good care of customers and reaches out to you if he sees that you are confused between products. It is conveniently located and you can make a quick in and out. Of the store.
Found a huge variety in products and found most of the products are carefully curated giving you a selection of quality products and produce.

I was able to find everything that I was looking for, vegetables were good too, frozen section has all the essentials, the owner maintains the store neat and tidy, though the area of the shop is less, everything is well organized.
I’m making this my first go to shop from now on.

Good selection of Indian grocery items. Store staff is polite and very helpful. Their pre-made curries (which you can take home and cook with your choice of proteins) are delicious and unique to them.

Gandhi bazaar chain is the best Indian grocery in Austin. In all the locations, the store managers are very welcoming and helpful. They genuinely like their work and want to help their customers. They know the customers personally and that ensure their needs are taken care of. I think these values were inculcated by the precious owner.

While the chain has a new management nothing much has changed. Its a well run enterprise. Congratualations to team Gandhi bazaar for making it a success story.

It is a great place for Indian food shopping.their vegetables are not very fresh but you can find regular spices and other flour used.they have a special organic section.

There is a lot packed into a smaller space, so I can see someone saying it seemed "cluttered." But, I found everything that I was looking for and at reasonable prices. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the store and was asked--after just the right amount of time--whether I needed help. What a total delight. You just don't get that kind of service in the big supermarkets these days. Another reviewer mentioned not being able to see totals at the register, but we were helped right away and there was a large screen that displayed every item. We enjoyed it so much that we're going to make it our first grocery shopping stop.

Surely the best Indian grocery in austin ! They have great selection from all parts of India. They carry their own store brand of really good masalas, wet mixes and other foods. Their little eatery is very good, try their Dahi poori, one of the best. The owner is very friendly and offers personalized service. In the right season you will also get awesome alphanso mangoes here.

I love this store. I can always find all of the ingredients I need to prepare Indian or Pakistani dishes. Plus there is always a new delicious treat or two to discover. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Super punjabi thali and chole bhature.
I came from Delhi and used crave the food from home. The taste of the punjabi thali and chole bhature satisfied my taste buds and now I can concentrate on my purpose of visiting Austin. :)

Yummy yummy yummy! The $10 special at curry in a hurry was so much food that 2 people could eat it and be happy. Will definitely be back.
