Friendly customer service team greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had to scan about 200 pages of notes to my e-mail and it only took about 10 minutes total. Very nice selection of office supplies and I ended up biying a few extra things I liked.

Anny at the printer counter at the Lakeline store in Austin is awesome. She has the type of mind to figure out my crazy request to shrink down a way too big and way to pieced together map and make it work. She never seemed frustrated or rattled; just task oriented. Thank you Office Depot for having such a good staff member.

Emily has to be the best employee you have. She kept us in the loop at all times when servicing our request. She is absolutely great. She would be the reason I would return to Office Depot. She definitely needs recognition from Office Depot.

First time visit any Office Depot after a few years of hiatus. Was very impressed: fully staffed with friendly, helpful, and knowledgable people. Was able to do what I set out to do and then some. Thanks y'all.

Emily in the print shop is AMAZING. I can't rave enough about what a top-notch problem-solving professional she is at all aspects of her job. She is extremely smart, creative, patient, resourceful, considerate, etc., everything you want in customer service!

Starting a new business and didn't know how to set up my files for printing. The employees (especially Anny) walked me through each step and followed up after the printing to make sure everything was right. I will continue to use Office Depot to do all of my printing jobs.

I was in a bind and Emily in the copy center at Lakeline branch came through for me. My blueprints were suppose to be ready on Sunday 9/4 @ 4 pm at the Office Depot in Bee Caves. I placed the order on Friday 9/2. I called them and the copy center said my blueprints were not going to be ready for a few more days. The person said they had no blueprint paper in the size I needed for the framer. I was pretty upset so I asked the copy center there to transfer the blueprints to the Lakeline location. I spoke with Emily and she went above and beyond to help me out. I told her I had the framer coming Monday and I needed the blueprints. She told me she would work on my blueprints and would call me if she could have them done in 20 minutes. Emily is fantastic. She listened and provided A+ service. Emily was professional, friendly and was efficient. Management this is the kind of person you want in management. I also want to thank the Manager who handed me my blueprints after they had closed the store. I had driven for 30 minutes and didn’t even realize they were closing at 6 pm. Quality service here at the copy center.

Emily is such a joy to deal with. She is the only reason why we keep coming back to this store. Very helpful and she is always happy to help. We will continue to do work with this store location. Highly recommend talking to her for your printing needs ✅

Anny was very accommodating with handling replacement of an item purchased with concealed damage.

May, Alli, and Sarah were very helpful during our visit at the Office Depot. They stayed after hours to help us out and did an excellent job of printing our labels that we needed overnight. We go to Office Depot for all of our business needs and every time Alli has taken care of it wonderfully. She is a great store manager.
