Trudy's Hallmark Shop

I’m a big fan of Hallmark and this location is one of the bests that I’ve ever been. Its located on the Lakeline Plaza and the store is huge! There’s also a huge parking lot right in front of the store so no need to worry about parking.

The interior looks fairly new and the shopping areas are well organized and arranged. They have a lot of stuffs but you don’t feel crowded shopping in the store. I love their gift selections. From home decors, art crafts, homeware to cute plush toys, they have literally everything you can think of!! Additionally they also have a special section dedicated to Texas local/style gifts.

As you walk towards the back of the store, you’ll find rows of beautiful cards for various occasions. Their card collection is the most diverse and unique one I’ve seen among all the Austin stationery stores.

Lastly, the staffs are great. They are all very friendly and helpful. Will keep coming back for gifts and cards shopping for sure :)

All the ladies that work here are amazingly friendly and helpful!! I love coming here to buy my greeting cards, Nora Fleming minis, and miscellaneous gifts. They have great prices and coupons!!

What a cute store with so many great gift options! The employees were so kind and helpful, especially during the Christmas rush. When I went in, the store was packed, but I was still greeted. This made me feel like I was noticed. The checkout line was long, but the young lady who helped me was polite and warm hearted. She asked how my day was and if I found some great gifts. She was very attentive. Great job to all their retail workers!

This is the best Hallmark store. I'm so glad yall came back to this area. Friendly service, got my Consuelo bag here. I use my rewards and coupons. Especially when I bought a Mother's Day Card for 12.99, used a coupon. I will be back soon.

One of my favorite places! The store is nice and so were each employee I've ever talked to. There's so much stuff in here to look at and it's all stuff I really want lol. There are great gift ideas for all sorts of interests. I've been here around Christmas and there were a lot of items that worked great for stocking stuffers. Good card selection and even candies and chocolates.

Wonderful selection and stock nice managers who are attentive and cashier was so incredibly sweet he had a long line yet asked if I’d like to be part of rewards and he signed me up so efficiently, professionally, and fast. Also, since it was my birthday he gave me a coupon that I wouldn’t of had the chance to use this year if he wasn’t paying attention to the date and all that! His name was Brendan and he deserves a raise.

The store has just the right card for whatever your budget is with lots of bargain cards. Today, Machaela, went above and beyond to help me set up my Hallmark account so I could use coupons. Everyone here is always so nice.

There are a lot of cute and special stuff that you can’t find elsewhere; the shop is neat and organized, and the staff is friendly!

WOW! This store is amazing! There's so much verity! I got everything that I needed! I forgot the name of the person who helped me but she was so helpful with my needs and suggestions. Wasn’t expecting much when going in but they had really great ornaments and Halloween stuff for home decor! I was actually able to find an ornament that was sold out for a while. Super friendly staff here and they got me signed up for the rewards program which was easy to join.

The manager, Lisa, is the the best! She is caring and does all she can to help you get what you want. So glad this store is close to me. The store is beautiful and spacious. They have all the Hallmark items plus some other goodies not found in corporate stores.

This place has so many items either for yourself or a gift. I just stopped by because I was next door and I'm glad i did. All the workers were very helpful and friendly.
