Budget Car Rental

The rates are good. The desk managers are courteous and knowledgeable. Crew at parking lots are very helpful. Had to change from a Suburban to an Expedition Max due to 8 seater requirements which was sorted out at the lot.

Although the Expedition Max provided was slightly dated with usage of Apple Car Play and Android Auto made difficult, the drive was nice and smooth. Except for one part where the tyre pressure warning came up but had to stop at 3 gas stations before finding a spot with working air pumps.

We wanted a Jeep Wrangler for our trip to Mount Rainier. None of the other car rental companies could guarantee a Jeep Wrangler except for Budget. The Jeep we rented was virtually brand new with only 14,000 miles. It was also a Willy’s Edition 4XE Hybrid which made gas mileage a bit better and made for an excellent driving experience. Will definitely look at budget first for our next rental.
Edit: Just read the reviews of others experiencing a long wait. Luckily we didn’t have that! We arrived at the SeaTac rental car pick-up on Sunday around 12:45 PM and walked right up to the counter with zero wait. We were in and on our way in about 15 minutes. In fact, the only rental car company to have a waiting line was a new company name that I don’t remember. All the other rental car facilities were virtually the same as Budget. It may be because we weren’t there at peak season or on a Friday? Dunno.

It was my first time renting a car and it was so easy, the lady at the desk was so helpful. The bus took us right to the rental car place and there was no line what so ever. Returning the car was so easy as well. 10/10 recommend.

I was about to cancel my reservation for this company, cause I read all the bad comments here. But when I get to de place, there were at least 6 people at the counter, I only have to wait 5 minutes and the girl that attended me was very kind, and it was so easy to get my car, even they gave me a better car for the one that I had reserved. It was too easy and fast, sometimes I think that the competition is the one that writes bad opinions about this company, cause they were without costumers.

Budget made our first time renting a car a seamless process. The staff was lovely from when we picked up the car to when we dropped it off. The vehicle we were provided was perfect for what we needed for our trip!

The process of picking up and returning the car was simple and fast. The car we received had a headlight that wasn’t working properly which an employee of budget noticed right away and quickly gave us a new car that was a small upgrade and without a change in price.

We booked thorugh Wisecars and did not know we had Budget until the day before the trip. They were easy to find at the rental car facility, fast and courteous on finishing our transaction. They even upgraded us to a bigger vehicle free of charge. Drop-off was easy as well.

They gave me a brand new Rav 4 for a 12 day road trip up the western coast from San Francisco to Seattle. Easy pickup in SF and drop off in Seattle. All around great and memorable experience. After living somewhat nomadicly in him for 12 days, we're going to miss Timothy the Toyota. We gave him a good run, though.

We needed a car, we were in a pinch and out of time. Plus’s we were having trouble setting up the rental with a phone the Mobil devise wasn’t cooperating and it seemed like the website needed a standalone computer in order to finalize the reservation. With then had to resort to phone call the gentleman we spoke to, spoke clear english understood our problem, and was very reassuring throughout the process and helped us to make the reservation. Without the gentleman support for budget on the phone, we would not have been able to complete the reservation get the car and finish our mission if not for the great customer service ! Budget did a great job!

They didn’t have my Fastlane ready so the man at the desk gave me a free upgrade! I didn’t appreciate the inconvenience, but I greatly appreciated them doing everything they could to fix the problem. Budget car rental will always have my business! Five stars!! Awesome car!

We had a large party who needed to travel together. Budget had just what we needed. I was most impressed with the staff upon arrival. He was courteous and extremely helpful. Great job Budget!!!

I got a free upgrade at Sea Tac airport (maybe because I am a member, I’m not sure, but I drove a Tacoma in Tacoma, WA) I took it on the ferry, went snowshoeing, and tested the 4 wheel drive. The guy who checked me in was incredibly efficient, Vehicle turn in was super easy as well. What a great trip. Thanks!

I've rented cars from 3 of the major car rental companies in the US. Can I say, that Budget auto has hands down been the most honest. I had no issues picking up or dropping off the rental. Not to mention the vehicle was even better than I could have imagine. I needed 8 seats and got a Ford Expedition for an incredible price for 5 days. Any time I call to ask questions, I get straight forward answers and not the run around. When I came to get my vehicle, I never have any hidden fees and knew exactly what to expect. I also like how your representatives on-site and via phone calls are all knowledgeable about policies and rules. I never feel like I am getting screwed over with Budget. I will definitely recommend and continue to use your company as my preferred rental car. Thank you all again! Huge thanks to the employees at the SeaTac Airport for being so amazing and thorough!

They're always courteous! I prefer a budget over other rentals here. Budget may cause more on occasions, this staff and treatment, rental units are worth it!

Easy in and out with Budget Fastbreak at SeaTac airport. We rented at the last minute for President’s Day weekend and got a decent rate through Costco Travel. A QR code was sent via text prior to arrival that allowed us to go directly to the car and exit the garage. The car rental facility for all companies is offsite but the shuttle was waiting by baggage claim and got everyone there quickly. The car was very clean and in excellent condition. The personnel we encountered walking through the garage, at the exit gate, and upon return were all quite friendly and efficient. This was a no stress rental that went extremely smoothly. Thanks also to everyone behind the scenes, prepping the vehicles and organizing the rentals. Great experience with Budget SeaTac!

Great Budget experience! Customer service walked us through where to pick up the shuttle at SEA, the shuttle was prompt and we arrived at the Budget counter in minutes. The desk agent was very helpful and professional. We were in our car and on our way much faster than we had hoped for. The return was just as easy. We will use Budget for our future travels! TWO THUMBS UP!

Everyone I came in contact with at Budget was friendly, efficient and accommodating except the clerk at check in. He was efficient and businesslike, had a decent attitude but wasn’t friendly like the woman at the checkout booth or the woman who checked me in. Overall a 5 star experience and would add 5+ to the two ladies
