Don Juan Mexican Restaurant - Brighton

Such an amazing restaurant with an incredible staff and aesthetic, friendly atmosphere! This is probably my favorite place to eat in brighton! I always get the taco salad and it is always so amazing every time! I am very much a fan of this restaurant and recommend to anyone in town! It’s also right of the highway so a perfect spot for some yummy food if you are passing through Brighton.

Always a great place to visit. The food is tasty and the place is clean. On the most recent visit, the kitchen was backed up and our server stopped at our table frequently to make sure we didn't need anything and to let us know about the delay. It's the little things like that that make all the difference in a customers dining experience. Wasn't my first time here and it certainly won't be my last!

The tacos al pastor were delicious! They have Jarritos sodas. Good service.

I was hired by DoorDash to photograph some menu items. The manager was kind and quick in bringing out the dishes. I had not tasted the food. Although the Burrito Fajita looked tempting! However as you can see from the pictures, the dishes look fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and had an authentic Mexican atmosphere. I am sure you will have a great food and service experience here.

Phenomenal food with generous portions, atmopshere was great and i loved the feeling of the culture there. Though business seemed slow despite all of that, so go spend some money here and support an incredible tasting local business

Excellent experience, even under the pandemic restrictions. The food was extremely good. The Chili Relleno in particular was the best I have ever had. Portions were very generous. The waitstaff was very personable and attentive. We will definitely be going again soon.

We have been coming here for over 2 years. We love the staff that has been here since we started coming here. The food is always so good and they have the best margaritas!

Thank you Don Juan for the amazing service, drinks and food for our Mom's birthday celebration (party of 10)! Everything was perfect. I did call in the morning to let them know we would be coming in and they said that they appreciated the call. Our waiter was very attentive and not impatient as there was more chatting and catching up with each other rather than eating and leaving. We asked for our cake that we had them refrigerate and when we were putting the candles on he politely asked who's birthday and that they would like to sing for her and offered her the Sombrero to wear. She loved it. Again we lingered for quite a while and there was no sense of them wanting us to leave.
This location was a perfect central location for us coming from Lansing, Stockbridge, Pinckney, Saginaw and Southgate.

Food was so good. You won't be disappointed. The portion sizes were amazing. Prices were shockingly lower than what we are used to in Midland. The service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Looks like we found a new place to eat when I have to come to the U of M for treatment. Thank you for the great experience during a time that I hate.

Visited for the first time today for a late lunch. Service was great. Food came out quickly and was served hot.

Gotta say! While it’s a Mexican restaurant, I always get their salmon, usually without chipotle sauce, veggies, and rice. I cannot always ‘read’ the wait staff. Atmosphere is okay; nothing super-special but nothing awful. Happy hour house margarita is yummy.

The management at the Brighton is on top of things. They make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. Server was excellent, Food great.

We got seated immediately, and our server was very friendly. The food came out quickly, and it was delicious and absolutely reasonably priced.
Overall a very enjoyable lunch.

Don Juan Mexican Restaurant is AWESOME! If you love great quality Mexican food then check it out! Service is ridiculously fast! Drinks and appetizers came out immediately! Food is served up really quickly, warm and presented very nicely. Location wise, this restraunt is nestled in a commercial park right off the highway, but it is worth heading out to for dinner. Highly recommend!

The food and service is always good and this location. The manager is really friendly and check up on tables. I come at least once a week usually.

Had a lovely experience today at the Brighton Don Juan location. Our server Keller was exceptional in every way! He was prompt, attentive, polite, and engaging. He asked my young kids thoughtful questions and complimented their coloring and even taught them that "Thank you" in Spanish is Gracias! The Nachos Supreme was out of this world, as was all of our food, my toddler even said "compliments to the chef". The frozen margarita my grandmother ordered was wonderful and fresh, and the chips and salsa were a hit. We look forward to returning soon, but want to especially mention Keller again for making our day, his service and kindness really stood out in a world where it can seem hard to come by. Highly recommend!
