DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

DSW shoes has a huge range of shoes ranging from crocs to fancy going-out shoes. They have an extremely great crew working there that are very accepting and helpful. They have many brands of does and also have a big variety of kids shoes. Going to DSW is always a pleasure and I always look forward to going there.

Lots of shoes, not a lot of people to ask questions of, which is fine, as I prefer to be left alone over being asked if I want help every 5 minutes. When I needed and found someone, she was fantastic - helpful, quick, and knew just where what I was looking for was located. Prices were great, so totally fine with having to look for help when needed. Will definitely be back.

They don't have Nike blazers here.

Comfortable shoes at great prices. Customer service is friendly and always willing to help you find something in the store or even online. They have great return policy if you don't like it simply bring it back. Prices are very comparable to anything else around. If you have an email they will send you good coupons to use for ourchases.

Throughout the years I've gone quite a few shoes boots and Crocs . The store is always bright well lit always clean and great folks work there and take care of folks really good that's why I keep coming back.

Two pairs of shoes has defects within a couple times of wearing them. They gave me full merchandise credit (even more than I paid for the shoes since coupons and discounts weren’t factored in) AND they let me keep the shoes. They almost lost me as a customer but this has restored my business for them. I’ll shop here again, even if the shoes aren’t great quality, if they’ll let me keep them for free!

There are lots to select from, many with different size options. I wear an 11 and am always pleasantly surprised that they have my size in most styles. The workers are always friendly and helpful!

I got the shoes I wanted on clearance with a $5 off coupon! Woot! Gwenneth helped me separate mine and my husband's emails for our rewards. She was super pleasant and helpful.
