If you can get in (it's shipyard employee parking with a pass during the day, no pass but badge required later) it's the best parking downtown. Secure. Safe. No homeless heroin addicts sleeping in the stairwells. And best part, if you have access it's free. But it's shipyard employee parking only so limited use and access. And first come first served.

Government only parking. Must have a valid pass too park. Tall fences and cameras keep your valuables safe

I wonder sometimes if it ever gets cleaned inside because it gets pretty dank with garbage and the like. Other than that it's alright.
