Allegheny Partners

I have lived with Allegheny Partners for a year now, and plan on living in their apartments until I move out of Roanoke. I cannot say enough things about this leasing company. The leasing manager, Bailey, is absolutely amazing. She hosts building events and holiday contests and really makes this building feel like a community. The maintenance men are also amazing, we have put in a couple request for small fixes and they have come out quickly, often next day! The building cleaners are also amazing, they clean daily and are very friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this company, I have recommended this company to some friends and would recommend them to you!

I've rented with Allegheny for three years now, in the Hancock Building and 401 Campbell, and just signed to be in their newest construction! Extremely accommodating and helpful, would highly recommend any first time renters to seek them out. Great pet friendly staff as well - my dog loves the maintenance team!

I’ve lived in an Allegheny Partners building for over a year now and just resigned to continue to live here. The units are great and the staff and maintenance people are awesome. After putting in a maintenance request someone normally comes the next day. The hallways and entrance ways are always clean. Would definitely recommend this company if looking to live in Roanoke.

I moved to Roanoke 7 months ago and into the new Woodland Park Building. It's brand new andeverything works flawlessly. I live on the front side of the building which is the railroad side. Let's address that first. If you work from home I wouldn't live on this side as I estimate at least 75 trains pass by daily and although this is a very well built building it can get loud, especially when 3 pass at once. You get used to constantly turning up and down TV volumes. I use headphones most of the time. Also it's SE Roanoke with many undesirables and homeless walking by at all hours. Thankfully this place is locked up like Fort Knox. I have went down several times to throw my trash out and someone be living in the dumpster. All the negative items I have outlined is not the fault of Allegheny Partners and is Roanoke City's fault. Since I have been here the unit above me has turned over occupants 3 times and the one beside me 4. Turnover here eems to have slown.
I have nice 10' tall ceilings with windows spanning the entire vertical distance. Latest in appliances including stackable W/D in unit. Bathroom is huge.
Water Heater never runs cold. Built-in Glofiber internet is nice, only seems overpriced, again not an issue of the ownership but City of Roanoke. Also note it's not wired for cable, course this being a new building and the average Tennant age is under 30 it's not an issue. This is located centrally in Roanoke to everything and is steps to the downtown/market area which is why I chose this place.
Staff has always been caring, responsive and helpful. Hats off to Scott, my primary point if contact. Price is very reasonable. Lease knowing you made a good decision.

Living at The Crossings owned by Allegheny has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I’ve only ever had good experiences with the building, secluded parking garage, and friendly neighbors. The Crossings makes me feel safe and spoiled.

We lived at Locker Room Lofts for 6 months and would rent there again. The pipes can be loud at times (usually when running the dish washer and taking a shower at the same time) but other than that I found it to be a quiet building. Mary was super helpful when leasing the apartment. Ashley was always available as the building manager when we lived there. This is a pet friendly building with secured access.

Allegheny partners is great. We had a wonderful experience with Melissa. She gave us in person tours of a few apartments and then she was very responsive and helpful when we were trying to make a decision when everything was shut down due to COVID-19. She sent us videos of available apartments and always kept in touch. Now we have a great apartment in the center of downtown and we are very satisfied!

I had a great experience getting my apartment through Allegheny Partners. The property manager I worked with, Josh Andrews, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and communicated very effectively with me through the entire process. Definitely would recommend going through Allegheny Partners to apartment search for anyone moving to the Roanoke area

I cannot speak more positively about her. She is so upbeat and personable. She addresses every need or concern immediately. She creates an atmosphere of community and gives everyone the feeling of safety and security.

Ashleigh Blankenship is phenomenal. She was so attentive and showed us several properties with no hesitation. She was there every step of the way, answering hundreds of my questions. She was so accommodating, patient, and she knew exactly what we were looking for (oh, and she's funny!). I'm so happy with my new apartment—thanks to Ashleigh!

My husband and I lived in the Crossings building for a year and enjoyed our experience. Ryan, the property manager, was great and really makes the building a nice place to live.

Michelle offered personalized, empathetic care and understanding during the pandemic. I was able to speak directly with her about my concerns and current situation to which she responded with reassurance to assist me. Overall I was able to live in a great location with professional and timely help. I can't thank them enough for the personalized approach here in Roanoke.

I was offered a better opportunity with my job and didn’t realize I had 2 days to find a place. I went online and emailed about a place I liked. Brian Brooks emailed back right away and we shared numbers. He texted. And even showed up on a Sunday to help me find what I needed. It meant so much that he was willing to work on his day off to help me so my family could be apart of everything. He found me the perfect place. I am finally happy. I love it here. He also is there whenever I need him which is a lot to say about someone nowadays. I’m so so glad he answered and had blessed me with so much. I owe him. He’s ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
